I had a first and exceptionally positive experience when purchasing an item with highly limited availability. Rushfaster kept in touch and followed up afterwards to see how I was going with my purchase. It was timely, personal and very positive communication that I have not experienced anywhere else. From my experience I highly recommend Rushfaster.

This is an outstanding online store! The process of ordering, paying, and postage could not have been easier. The price for the North Face duffle bags that I ordered were also the cheapest I found on the internet. My order was processed and posted out by the next day. Even better, the customer service and communication via email is second to none. When I ordered the wrong sized bag, the customer service team were always available to answer questions, and helped me organise a return and full refund. I cannot recommend this store enough!

The website is easy to navigate and very simple. In terms of product that I've bought, the peak design bag is well worth it. Very durable, well design, easy access to the camera, configurable modular shelves. The company is very responsive as soon as the product is place in order they will ship it in the next day which is really good, don't need to wait for a long period of time.
I would've of given 5 stars but the website when use the express check out (gpay/paypal) it glitches somehow and if you observed your bank account it looks like it deducts the money twice. Which it shouldn't happened. Very deceptive.

The site was very informative and very very easy to navigate. I was not in a situation where it was confusing and I work in an e-commerce role.

Rushfaster does rush faster, in which the customer service was the best that I have ever experienced. When you order, they respond fast, and responsibly handle customer’s order. The 1996 North face Nupste jacket is exactly what I wanted, I picked my fave colour. Summit gold at an amazing price too! So warm! I am a 14 and got the L. It fits very well, still some room to manoeuvre however I wish I got an XL so I can wear other thicker clothing underneath however it’s not a deal breaker at all. It’s so comfortable and cosy. Not to mention you look boss wearing it with some quality leggings and kicks. Thanks for the great product at the best price going around.

Rushfaster has a range of good looking, maybe cool, contemporary urban products, hence the attraction to shop here. I have twice purchased my favourite Miir cups for myself and friends from here (once at normal price, and also on sale)- best reusable coffee cups in the world I reckon, as they look great, are slimmer than most and fit neatly in my smaller hand profile. The site itself is well designed and easy to navigate, and the service super fast (received products within 48 hours and I live in another State). Impressed.
