I am very happy to post this review. I have just had a very big amount of plumbing done and hired the team from Rustic Plumbing. They did a fantastic job, were always on time and turned up when they said they would. We met quite a few of the team during the course of the work, and got on very well with all of them. I loved their sense of humour and the occasion bagpipe playing !!! They did the job well and left the place spotless. I will definitely be calling on them again if the need arises.

Mark from Rustic came around early morning to unblock a laundry drain. Was already scorching hot but he got us fixed up in no time. Leaking hot water pipe under the concrete slab. Called Rustic and a plumber came to assess the situation. The next day plumbers arrived and sorted the problem by running a new hot water pipe through the ceiling bypassing the leaking pipe. Well priced at under $1400. Job well done thanks to Pier, Laughlin and Nicholas.

Prompt & reliable company but for an average job it came at a truly exorbitant cost (three to TEN times -!- what the other licensed plumbers in my area ask for, I discovered). They operate to achieve a 'maximal' outcome, i.e. at every visit, they will ask you to have ALL your taps, etc... (anything related to their plumbing trade, including water quality) checked at your place and will try to sell you other 'goods', other 'services': a real 'shark approach', I also discovered. I will avoid this mob in the future.

Our kitchen tap magically stopped working. They came and fixed it the morning I rang. The most helpful aspect of their service was the free plumbing checklist! Thanks Lachlan and Mitchell, we'd definitely get you guys back next time.

I rang Rustic a week out from Christmas with a faulty tap for my balcony. I was amazed that I had a plumber arrive the next day at the time told to me from Rustic Plumbing to fix this disaster before Christmas. Thanks to you, I could host my family Christmas BBQ on a clean balcony.

I called Rustic Plumbing as our tap had fallen off its hinge and was gushing water everywhere. We are a large family so being without water was not an exciting thought. Within an hour and a half, a well dressed, polite and might I say very efficient young man came and fixed everything up. He even undertook a complimentary camera investigation on our pipes, which was most impressive. I will be using Rustic Plumbing now for all our properties as they are not only polite, efficient and most imformative, they are also very reasonable in pricing compared to other competitors. How do I know? I have been in the building industry for over 30 years now..and Rustic stands out for all the right reasons! Thankyou again.

This is the second time I have used Rustic and I am extremely satisfied. They arrived on time and did a detailed quote and provide multiple options. After the job was booked they again arrived on time did a very professional job, cleaned up and took all rubbish away !!! The most rewarding thing was their knowledge of their field fixed issues that have occurred since the house was purchased.
