Bought a Glam Palm straightener 4 days ago for $245 (best online price at the time). Used PayPal and then read all the reviews here so became rather nervous when I didn't receive an order confirmation or despatch details. Called their Sydney number this morning which connects to a UK base and the lovely guy apologised for the emails not going through. He said my item was scheduled for express delivery today. Sure enough, when I got home this afternoon, they were at my front door. Very happy first time customer.

I brought products from this site realised my address was wrong immediately wrote them to change the Address as it was the weekend so email was the only option for contact a 24 hour response time was told there was nothing they could do as the items had been processed (not dispatched) just processed and the system doesnt let them change address and they Would have to wait for the products to come back befor they could rectify the address and if I had called them I would of be able to change it but it was the weekend so that was not an option so an apologie was all they could offer me poor system and poor service

Beware, even when buying from RY.com.au in AUD, using an Australian credit card you will be charged an international transaction fee. I was charged 2.5% as RY are not using an Australian payment processing system. No mention of this in the terms and conditions. Oh and live chat say its my problem to contact the bank. This company has gone way downhill since selling out to a foreign company. Lost a customer!

I have bought skin care products from RY for 2 years now, they stock great quality skin care, no site is cheaper & their delivery service is fabulous, I will not shop anywhere else.

I always order the skin products I need for skin needling treatment from here as RY provides cheaper price with good samples. Other popular brand items are also on promotion prices many times. Shipping takes like 2 days (ACT). This time they're doing free water bottle promotion and quality of this bottle is really good for a free product! I'm gonna put some lemon in diffuser to drink.
