Regular sales and price drops on beauty products. This website is amazing! I can also order 2 days before I need the product and it will arrive in time, despite living in a regional area. Products always arrive well packed with no breakages and sometimes with surprise gift vouchers! They have such a wide variety of products suiting everybody from the beauty fanatic to the environment and animal mindful. I love this website, it is always my first stop when looking for any beauty product!

RY always has the best prices. Shipping is pretty quick. And they have a really big range of products, not just hair products but also makeup.
They often offer special discounts for members. Would recommend 10/10

These guys are a joke. They sent me out 4 hair wax’s, 1 or the wax’s was off and had leaked through the box. Obviously I didn’t want to keep the other products they had sent out so I had arranged to send them back with a refund.
They refunded me for the 1 hair wax’s that was broken and they have not refunded for the other 3. They also said they would refund my shipping costs as it was a faulty product. I’m now out of pocket $90.29. This fiasco has been going on for nearly a month. They have their products back and have had for 3 weeks. All I want is my money back. These guys are horrible with reply’s and I feel like they do that so you give up. But I won’t be giving up and I’ll be taking this further.

I ordered some products from Olaplex from them; not long after the brand made a safety recall on the product, so obviously I contact their customer service for an exchange or refund, I called, emailed and chat with 3 different persons and received no compensation for the product who is unsafe to use, thank you for literally nothing, you should be ashamed of yourself, will never order from them again that is for sure!

I purchased two Dermalogica products using afterpay, received quickly and well packaged - all good .. BUT, then they sent the same items again ( all good, not charged ) - did the honest thing and phoned them to say you've sent extra items and they want me to pay for shipping to return them, they say they'll refund shipping but are very vague when I asked how they'd refund it ? to my bank account ? to my account with them ? As it their mistake I think they should send me a reply paid address like other online retailers do - not happy at all..... it's sad, as I might've been a long time customer as I absolutely love the products I ordered.

They claimed to of had 30% off the sheamoisture range and if you purchase two of more products you will receive two free gifts from the sheamoisture body range. At checkout I was reminded of this offer and able to select my two gifts however after I paid and my order arrived the gifts werent in the box, I contacted RY customer service and they were very blunt and explained that I wasnt eligible and thats why I didnt get them. Even after including screenshots and evidence that I was eligible for these gifts they eventually told me they dont come in the size advertised. They still have the deal going and they still dont want to take responsibility or refund me.

Easy to use website with an excellent range of international products. Prices are fair, as are the delivery charges. My only gripe is than I have been bombarded by emails offering me other products I have no interest in, on an almost daily basis....please be aware I will buy again in my own good time and regular emails will not get you more sales.

I love everything I purchase the products are great. Would highly recommend RY as it is a fast no fuss transaction and a fast delivery . Very easy to find the products you love.
