I found their customer service team passive aggressive. I wouldnt reccomend shopping here. They cannot seem to send the correct item. Very disappointed in the service I recieved from them.

My item is faulty the power cord is damanged the brush turns on and off.

Your phone number listed does not go past an autmated message and yu have no email contact option. YOur message service with my account function keeps asking me to upload a picture which would show you nothing about whats wrong with the item. I want a refund.
