This site is a joy to navigate. I was looking for Olaplex hair repair products so focused on that. The product came in super fast time and I was so happy with the results and the price that I immediately ordered more.
I have since ordered skin care which again came promptly but have not yet been able to start using. There were so many wonderful looking products, I found it a difficult choice.

Purchased the Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray. The bottle/product is faulty and won't spray at all...nothing works. When you push down to use the spray it gets stuck cannot use the product at all. Very annoying when you look forward to using a product.

Easy to use site they have given amazing descriptions of the products. I have converted to alpha h and it has been the biggest saviour to my skin and they have so many products for different skin types etc. which is great we aren't all text book the same. The products are of the best quality, packaged carefully and shipped to you fast.

I have used other on line beauty companies and in comparison can’t fault RY. Great range of beauty products at reasonable cost. If they offer a special or promotion it is worthwhile. Not just a few samples thrown together. Delivery so far as been exceptional. I live in a remote location and my order reaches me within 2 days. I am happy to continue purchasing from RY

Still waiting for my order to leave the warehouse. Website says that orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day.. I ordered on a Saturday and today is Wednesday and have not heard a thing. I called up the customer service at 8.00 AM this morning and have not heard back. Won't be shopping here again. I have requested a refund.

I love Ry.com.au because of the vast choice of products at great prices. There are often promotions for various product lines. Shipping is super fast, even to rural destinations and the quality of the ordered products is always tip-top. Packaging is great, no unnecessary plastic used. Checkout is easy with various choices on how to pay. Customer service is as good as I would expect it to be. I have ordered many times with Ry and can't remember any problem with anything. I especially like that I get all my skin and hair care as well as appliances in one place.

I found their customer service team passive aggressive. I wouldnt reccomend shopping here. They cannot seem to send the correct item. Very disappointed in the service I recieved from them.
