Just had the solar system installed by SAE Group. Very pleased with the professionalism of installation team and the installation of solar system. The sales rep, Craig, was very knowledgeable on the product and helpful in the decision to purchase solar system. The admin team were also helpful and kept me informed on the progress of installation from accepting the quotation to the actual install. Before accepting the quotation, I was able to cross check all the information provided. From quotes to credentials. This gave me peace of mind that I was dealing with a reputable company. Fantastic company to deal with, the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Panel process was so easy, from installation to setup of my smart meter and app.I have had lots of questions and they are all only ever so keen to help, making installation and upkeep super easy. Crew arrived on time, and sorted a problem in first few minutes. Great result. 2 other companies only wanted to do the simple solution. SAE went out of the way to accommodate our situation. (3 phase, panels on shed 30 metres from the house). Sensible solutions worked out, where other raised obstacles. Recommended to all potential clients.

I was very happy with the sales process, SAE sent someone on-site to assess (I am in Country NSW) and they were helpful and knowledgeable.

I was also impressed that SAE listened to my specific requirements and didn't just sell me something cookie-cutter. The folks in the office were friendly and proactive in updates on order progress and scheduling.

Install was over two days with two guys on-site. Really happy with the result and the guys were friendly, punctual and extremely knowledgeable of the products being installed. The end result is amazing, the system looks great on the roof and Enphase board is neat and tidy in the garage.

All in all, was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend SAE.

The installation went along great Electrician was very knowledgeable and helpful. lots of back ground checks due to not knowing very much and hearing a lot of different ideas about solar.

The panel installation was faultless, The team obviously all knew their roles during the installation, were extremely professional, polite and courteous. The finished job was extremely neat, and the guys left the house clean and tidy without any mess or leftover material.
Have not had any issues, the initial on-site assessment was professional, initial design very good. We asked for a larger install and whether pricing could be improved. Everything was done well and truly to our satisfaction.

We had long planning phase due to my DA and SAE stayed with me over the two years of discussion, answering questions regarding specs for the new build

Once we had the go ahead the process moved fwd quickly and completed on the dates scheduled.

SAE was an excellent company to deal with. Craig was knowledgeable, and came up with a plan for the best use of our roof space for our chosen system. Communication was excellent, and there were no 'pushy' sales tactics. The two guys that installed our system were meticulous, including a minor re-design to maximise the panels on the roof. I could not fault the service from start to finish, and I am currently recommending SAE to friends. Early days, but the system is pumping out power as promised and is likely to pay for itself in under four years.

Sales process was good, 15kw SMA inverter, 13kw of Sungrow panels with Solar Analytics software, installation was poor, SAE sent a different team back to fix the issues, communication was average at best. Overall the price was highly competitive.

SAE was a good company to deal with. Good communication from quoting to installation. Mark from sales was quick and efficient. Arthur at installation was excellent. Warranties on panels and inverter satisfactory. Only just installed so have no experience with after sales service. Very happy.

The guys who did the install were very professional, pleasant to deal with and clearly knew their product.Early days for us as the final metering yet to be installed by the power company. I love the wifi feed to my laptop that shows me power generated and consumed etc in real time.
