Great - from my first phone conversation everything was handled expertly, professionally and everyone was so friendly. The installation teams were great also.

I had a great experience with SAE installing my solar system. They went beyond what I expected with letting me know what was going on from the office and the install was very well done. The installers were very nice and tidied up after themselves

We had our solar panels installed 2 years ago and have not had an electricity bill to date. The installation of the 24 panels went smoothly and the crew were very professional. I highly recommend SAE as the customer support is terrific and I was impressed with the after installation information pack.

I couldn't take a day off from my work so SAE carried the install in my absence. I was little worried I asked him to wait for me to finish work and come back home so that he can explain the solar system to me He was very kind enough to stay back so that he can take me through the solar system .I would like to thank SAE and especially it's installation team.

Radnor was great explained everything to us very simply and the solar panels was installed very quickly and no mess left behind. Great company, very happy to recommend.

I looked into solar for a while and had SAE and Radnor referred to me Radnor visited and explained the products and what I could expect to save.! I got 15 panels on my roof, an electric HW timer and a good FIT. Thanks to Radnor and the install crew for the system and service - would recommend to anyone.

SAE Solar was recommended by a tradesman working on our property I didn't want to speak to another company as I spent a considerable amount of time researching solar. I am very glad I listened We now have 50% the number of panels producing up to 34kWh a day. The installation team was efficient professional - everything done with a minimum of fuss!

Responded fastest with a quote. Came to our home and did an inspection. Installation was quick and stress free, everything handled easily. System is working really well

Great service from the Sale, to installation and post installation! I'd highly recommend SAE for their professional and honest service. They are very knowledgeable and enabled someone with no electrical back ground to completely understand how the system works and what to expect. They provided several options to suit my budget as well as ensure quality products. The trades people were kind and informative and by far the best I have ever experienced during the build of my new home. All round great service!

The installers were excellent - professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Patiently answered all my questions and unlike most tradies they even cleaned up after themselves! A great crew - would recommend them anytime.

2 times I had (have) problems with the Solax system.
SAE does not send anyone in under 1 week. then they have different opinions about the problem. Now 25 days and waiting for service that is advertised on Solax webpage:

We've had a 6kw solar system for 2 months and a working Inverter for 2 weeks. Despite 6 phone calls to SAE we've still not had someone attend our property to fix the problem although we've been promised several times. Hopefully today will be the day. We've found SAE are not interested in their customers once you've paid for the installation. I'm very sorry we chose SAE and would not recommend them to anyone. Their communication is appalling. Supposedly they've won awards for their customer service. I wonder how rigged these awards are because we've seen nothing to justify them. Our advice don't use them.
