Our dishwasher door was damaged due to a fall. The team was very helpful and came out the same day to assist. Unfortunately there were no parts for the item and they provided us with a letter for insurance.

Called for repair of a Fridge freezer on a Sunday at 4.0PM and repair man arrived the next day, Monday, within the allocated time between 4.00 to 7.00 pm, (5.00 arrived) called before he arrived, fixed my fridge with a part with him, all done within an hour. Very nice guy, no complaints, would recommend them to anyone. Also at end of job asked for a pensioner discount, and no problems got a discount off bill, GREAT SERVICE John K.

I rang hoping to get my 5 year old fridge looked at as it had stopped cooling. Was told by man on phone to give SHORT ANSWERS ONLY ( thought 2 word answers were short) to his questions and then that he couldn’t help at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and I wouldn’t be able to get anyone else to come out at that time of day either and AS A LAST RESORT call back. This man was so rude, unhelpful and made an already stressful situation more so considering I had to throw out the entire contents of my Fridge and freezer. I would rather buy a new fridge then get this company out to fix my broken one! Worst customer service I have ever received.

I have used this service twice before and on both occasion the technician was polite, punctual, very professional, extremely knowledgable and provided sound advice. I would certainly use This service again if the need arises.

The technician promptly came the next day to fix my washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the problem and decided not to charge us the full service fee because he felt that it was unfair since it only took him a few minutes to figure out that we just needed to buy a new machine.

That was greatly appreciated and will use your services again should we need it!!!

Technician was knowledgeable competent and very helpful. Our dishwasher became a nest for cockroaches and advised that repairs would be costly and better off purchasing a new one which we happily did.

repair person was rude. Took back of dishwasher off partially, saw dead cockroach, said 'you need new power board' charged me $176 and left. Two days later I tried the dishwasher and it does work. Seems to have a drainage problem which should have been checked. This person looked at nothing! I am furious!

Fantastic service, quick to respond and took thier time to listen to the problem the technician did an amazing job he listened and worked out the issue with me and fixed the problem.

Arrived at arranged time only several hours after first contact. Quickly found and fixed the problem by replacing damaged parts. Cleaned up the mess. Very competitive rates. Recommend this Company to all.

Rang [Name Removed] to fix leaking icemaker fridge. [Name Removed] turned up on Sunday morning and fixed the fridge in no time. Happy I didn’t have to take a day off work

Made a call for help with a defrosting fridge very late on Friday afternoon and these people went above and beyond. I received the most courteous, efficient and helpful service. They handled my emotional call with empathy and I will never forget them. Highly recommended

Called and asked to repair broken door handle on front loader machine, quoted $198. Received a call because I do not live in the house and was informed the machine was not repairable and have not been charged for the call out fee, also helpe with information on purchasing another machine at a reasonable price. Would recommend this company.

Reception guy was extremely rude and arrogant over the phone, I felt like all he wanted to do was argue and not help. Over priced and doesn’t deserve a $198 inspection fee.

Never spoken to any man from a service company, who has been this rude or abusive. He refused to give me his name. Called me every name because i wanted to know why he never turned up or phone to say he would be late.

The service was great. The gentleman on the phone was polite and kept me informed as to when the repairmen would arrive. The serviceman was courteous and efficient and he had a great sense of humour too. Can't fault the company and this was the third time I had used them. Pamela

I called to enquire about having my relatively new refrigerator repaired for what I thought may have been a gas leak. The man I spoke to gruffly said "WHO SAID IT HAS A GAS LEAK?". I replied that nobody had, he was my first enquiry, but that it was just making the kitchen smell like gas, so I was concerned. He then barked at me "IT'S UNREPAIRABLE!" and hung up. I have no problems with it being unrepairable, but the manner that he spoke to me in was very abrupt and unnecessary. I definitely wouldn't feel safe or comfortable having this man in my house.

Our washing machine needed parts. We were informed on the timing of this. The repair man came very promptly - in the evening - as soon as the parts arrived.
The good manner of the servicemen and their respect for our domestic space was appreciated.

I would like to advise every one using this service that the owner is very arrogant in his manner, not customer focused at all.
I was quoted $198.00 for first visit plus the cost of parts if any are required, which I agreed . The tech arrived had excellent people skills and kept me advised of what was what as he worked, he was a good bloke. He advised that there was a return valve that needed replacing but it was not vital. About two hours after I received a call from the owner advising me that the return valve was vital and he could source...

My husband rang yesterday about fixing my washer. The guy hung up initially without explanation. Thinking call dropped out my husband called back, the guy said “are you still on speaker, I hate speaker so I hung up” then went on a rant how he hates people calling him on speaker. When he eventually stopped his rates were 50% higher than anyone else we called. If he is that rude and arrogant on the phone do not have him in your house. I see other reviews similar to mine. DO NOT USE HIM clearly he does not want the business.

Called this company to query why they are called "Same day appliance repairs" when it took them a week to complete the job...
Charging $198 call out fee is absolutely ridiculous then charging again to fix the job.
Told me it was a specialised part from Europe, when it was a thermostat for a cheap oven.

The man on the phone (presumably the same guy who has abused everyone else) was incomprehensibly rude and arrogant, and mentioned several times that anyone presuming they could complete repairs on the same day was a complete idiot.

Our Miele dishwasher was tripping the CB and I was unfortunate enough to have chosen this company to repair it. When I called, the owner was very abrupt and continually talked over me. When I tried to explain what the machine was doing he said he doesn’t need my help to repair it because his technician would sort it out and he doesn’t care what I think is the problem. I could go on about his bad behaviour but won’t other than to say this guy needs a course in public relations and just plain good manners, I’m surprised he is still in business....
