Our washing machine needed parts. We were informed on the timing of this. The repair man came very promptly - in the evening - as soon as the parts arrived.
The good manner of the servicemen and their respect for our domestic space was appreciated.

My husband rang yesterday about fixing my washer. The guy hung up initially without explanation. Thinking call dropped out my husband called back, the guy said “are you still on speaker, I hate speaker so I hung up” then went on a rant how he hates people calling him on speaker. When he eventually stopped his rates were 50% higher than anyone else we called. If he is that rude and arrogant on the phone do not have him in your house. I see other reviews similar to mine. DO NOT USE HIM clearly he does not want the business.

Before I could finish explaining the problem I got told it was worn seals and I needed a new washing machine. Problem has nothing to do with seals. He was rude, unhelpful, abrupt and therefore useless.

Robbers,rude and arrogant. We had a repair man come to check machine. He said it needed a new control panel. We paid $189, for the test of the panel. We were told someone else would come back that afternoon with a new electronic panel and no show. After w/ e still did not hear anything. We rang them and copped a rude arrogant man who said I won't do your job now. Never use this company. Needs to educate himself on customer service.

Tried to explain - constantly interrupted. Repeated question to add more detail " I have already told you now this is the second time" Having a bad day? "No busy". "Think about what you want and call us back".

Great service. Got our washing machine going on Sunday, bring honest the factory reset might not be the final resolution. In two weeks they came back, no questions asked, found the problem, got in the required part and fitted it today. Prompt, honest and friendly service, recommend any day!

Needed help with a fridge problem .The warning sound was constant, even when the doors were closed.I could not find a local tradesman that could come on the day . I rang this place and was told that for $220.00, the fridge would be fixed ..NO matter how long it took..The repair man arrived 1.5 hours after the time I was told .. this was 3 days ago, and the fridge is still not fixed ..The repairman thought it was the light-switch !!!! I was quoted $149.00 for the switch. On enquiring, I found the switch price to be $26.00. I have been a victim of thieft !!! I foolishly paid the $220.00. This firm should not be allowed to continue to steal money from people !!! Never deal with these thieves !!!!

I’ll definitely recommend these guys. The repairman came around two hours after I called. Very professional and helpful. Fix my washing machine in no time. On time and no call out fees. Just flat rate. Can’t beat their price where.

Got these people out to repair a dryer. Technician got here and had no idea what was wrong. Pressed the reset button and told me the dryer wasn't meant to heat up. Rang and complained and the bloke told me he didn't want to send someone else to fix it. Rude to me on the phone like it was my fault. Paid $198 to be abused. Eventually refunded me. Go to another repair service don't use these people.

Job finished, told the serviceman I didn't have the funds on me, untill tomorrow. Owner instructed the serviceman to uninstall the part . Said I don't trust you, stay away from this guy.

I bought a Bosch side by side refrigerator which ran ok for six years. Since then I have spent nearly $2000 on repairs, all under the auspices of Same Day Appliance Repairs. When it finally died from what I was told is a known fault they assisted in my attempting to get recompense from Bosch.

John has been unfailingly helpful in all aspects of this and largely thanks to his encouragement I achieved a satisfactory outcome.

Same Day Appliance Repairs are very effective and actually come out on the same day you call them! They also tested the actual water flow pressure of the tap connected to the washing machine, which was not done by the competitor and advised me how to fix the water flow problem. They also offer a two-year warranty.

I made the mistake to call a competitor who came out, charged me an hour's labour for a 20 minute look, didn't carry the replacement part, had to order it in, and then wanted to make me pay another call-out fee and another hour's labour plus the cost of the part and shipping of the part.

Extremely grateful for the quick service. The serviceman was professional and went above and beyond what l expected. Every person l spoke with was (mindful of my distress) very kind and helpful. Charges were quite reasonable for a 7pm call out.

Nothing worse than your fridge going on the blink on a weekend. Rescued by Same Day Appliance repairs. The young gentleman who came out was very clever in diagnosing the problem and amazingly had a spare part (defrost timer) in his vehicle.

Contacted Same Day Appliance Repairs at 1:15pm. Serviceman Dan arrived at 2:03pm. Dan was very professional, articulate and took the time to explain the problem. Will use again. Absolute Professionals.
