I’m very happy with the repairs of my dishwasher. What I really appreciate is I know the cost of the visit beforehand. Also cost of return visit with parts and labour.

The team answered calls and helped us try a few things ourselves before coming out. Then when that didn’t work they came so quickly, fixed the issue and didn’t over charge. Great team!

Would highly recommend Same Day appliance repair. Efficient reliable and very helpful. My washing machine was fixed the same day. It was a very late day for Alex who came to repair but Brilliant service

The service I received was amazing. In spite of having to order parts from interstate my dishwasher was fixed much quicker than expected. The two technicians were polite and professional. Once again thanks for the above and beyond service

Great service, got a call back almost immediately and a technician out on the same day. The report came in minutes after the technician left and they even gave me guidance and support material so I could understand my rights as a consumer in relation to the faulty appliance. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Technician came out on time. Worked out issue and were able to advise us that product should be handled by manufacturer with no extra cost incurred. Very pleased with outcome.

It’s a great service company I had a failing fridge on a Sunday morning and they were out here with him a very quick time frame and the service man Dan was really helpful and the follow-up was awesome. I thoroughly recommend to anyone who is in a fridge jam!

Customer service is crap to say the least. I made an enquiry for a repair on my second hand Simpson dryer purchased two years ago for $450. The technician was only concerned about the value of the machine. Wouldn't quote the repair at all. Instead referred to Electrolux who are the worst technician's l wouldn't refer to anyone. Poor poor communication. Not worth contacting.

Alex was a very good technician and very honest about the age and state of my fridge. I am now proceeding to get new seals. Thank you very much for the help today.

Just had one of your tradesmen here today to fix the freezer on my french door fridge. He fixed the problem with minimum fuss, he was very prompt, professional, very polite and a great advertisement for your company. Such fantastic same day service. Highly recommend this company. Keep up the great work. Money well spent.

I rang in regards to my washing machine today and I had the most helpful man. He could tell me exactly what was wrong with my washing machine and what I needed to fix it. He went well beyond to help me source the parts and I am extremely greatful.

Same day service was fantastic. Our fridge was not repairable and the team guided us through how to deal with the manufacturer. Fridge is now being replaced, saving me $2,000!

Was very very rude, condescending and didn’t know laws. Contractor came and didn’t fix the problem, charged excess amounts and left us with nothing. Recommend to never call this company.

We called the technician to diagnose the problem with our freezer. On discovering that it was a slow gas leak and unrepairable I contacted their main office. Their representative detailed the issue in a report that we took to the manufacturer as the freezer had failed just outside of the warranty period. The report from Same Day Appliance Repairs helped us secure a refund. We are very happy with the outcome.

Expensive for a 5 minute diagnosis - fee should be far more reduced considering the pathetic amount of time spent. (Not to mention could have spent on a new appliance)

Whom ever is running this business seems to employ sole traders and gives advice over the phone to technicians.

I am very happy to award five stars to Same Day Appliance Repairs. The response to the problem with my fridge was immediate. It was brilliant to find that someone would come out on the weekend, especially at no extra cost. Both technicians were friendly and efficient and the repair was completed as quickly as possible at a reasonable cost. I will certainly recommend their services to my friends.

Before I even got a word out the man demanded "Can you turn off your speaker phone so I don't have to hear all the echos."
So I turned off speaker and said "Hello... (before I could ask if is this better?)
He then said "Let me know when you have"
So I hung up.... Looks like he's the owner of the business so has not care about getting businesses

Not helpful as they ended up referring me to another place and that place had already Said the earliest they could come was in 5 days. Email communication was not professional

The problem of my Asko washing machine was rectified promptly and efficiently. From when I booked the job to when the technician arrived a great experience. Straight to the point and friendly staff. I will definitely be using you again and letting my family and friends know. Thank you

Spoke to John and advised the issue with my washing machine. John was so great and helpful getting a technician out so fast to fix the aashing machine. All of the guys I dealt with were very professional, courteous and on time. Do not go to anyone else. Go staright to same day service everytime. Thanks John and team.

Called on a Sunday and the phone was answered.
Prompt attendance for repair, albeit the part was faulty and a replacement needed to be sourced.
By far Not the cheapest, but reliable.

Assuming it was the owner that answered the phone and the two times I called I barely said hello before he rudely cut me off and said take it off handsfree. I explained that perhaps he should let his customers speak before cutting them off and make adjustments to his phone if he has suck an issue with the volume!! By the looks of these reviews I'm not the only one. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never use or recommend this shotty business.

I phoned two days ago to request a repair and the man didn't even introduce the business and just spoke over top of me before telling me to turn my loud speaker off - I was on headphones as I was carrying my son and groceries. He told me he would call back in 5 minutes and didn't. Last night I called again and they took the job details stating they would be out between 9-12 and I said I would be home at 9:30 and he huffed then spoke over top of me saying "fine, 9:30-12:30".
