It get stuck in a boot loop cycle which gets longer and longer every time it's turned on and has lines across the screen which are slowly getting worse and worse. I got extended warranty on it but it has has been almost two weeks and no one has given me and answer yet as to what is going to be done about it.
We'll see what the outcome is but with lots of bad reviews about Samsung customer service I am trying to not let this drag on for too long which it is quickly heading down that track.

I just replace my Old Samsung TV (approximately 5 years Old) to a new AU8000WXXY 4K UHD LED Smart TV
It is extremely Hard to Set up
The Main Reason being is their USELESS REMOTE(It is Pathetic)
I even had to ring Samsung Help for which I allowed them to come into my new TV & help with the set up
I had spent approximately 4 hours setting it up & the MAIN REASON BEING WAS THEIR STUPID USELESS REMOTE
I then Tried my old Remote & it was a lot easier to use,
Unfortunately & sold my old Samsung 50 inch TV & lot the Remote with it,BUT BUT,our TV in th...

$1000 for this tv and it doesn’t even come with screws to attach it to the wall mount. That is disgusting, how much are screws really. Now I have to figure out what size I need go to Bunnings and get some. 10 minute job turned into an hour job. But hey Samsung just saved themselves 2 cents…. Typical penny pinching at the expense of consumer experience. How much is a happy customer worth 2cents? Obviously not!
Purchased for $1,000.

English isn’t my first language so please no hate. The TV is great, i love the video and the quality that TV does provide. The sound may need improvement although. I have a speaker plug in for the TV so sound isn’t an issue, yet it sometimes echoes meaning that it is a bit annoying sometimes when it gets accidentally turned up. The video quality is very good and i have not seen a better TV screen anywhere else that is affordable. Very good TV do like it a lot. Thank you Samsung!

I had to get a TV to fit in certain space, and I wanted the Samsung with the special One Touch remote. The price at JB HiFi was excellent, but I didn't get a chance to actually see and hear it. Always try to visit and put the TV through its paces, and get with a salesperson that knows the ins and outs. Understanding that Televisions are getting thiner with the new technology or LCD/LED vision, I should have realised that the sound would suffer. It is also understood that the newer medium sized TVs need some sound re-enforcement: sound bar, su...
Read morerround system. I've had Sony TVs for years based on the look and the sound, so it was a bit of a shock to come down to this model that sounded like the speakers on an iPhone (well of course not that small). I also wanted a TV that had wifi and internet connection for the streaming apps: YouTube Netflix etc. It also had more than enough accessory inputs HDMI, USB, This TV was easy enough to connect online, and after going through all the set up and watching and listening, and not eating to purchase any extra sound gear......I took it back. It looked okay, a little washed out in the whites, but very good for the price. I would go in and talk about the sound options, the on board Sound Settings just aren't enough to recommend this TV, wall mounted or on the stand.Purchased in June 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $995.

Our toddler smashed the screen of our TV.
I had to buy quickly so we could pick up before the store closed.
We can’t fault the TV. It’s interactive and easy to use, has all the streaming apps available (unlike other brands, clear to watch and listen to, picks up wifi really well. We’re absolutely stoked with our rushed purchase. It’s even made me consider buying Samsung for all our other appliance upgrades happening in the near future.

Great TV for picture quality. My only negative on this tv is that the sound is not great. I never felt the need before to look at additional sounds options but with this tv I have been looking at getting a sound bar. If I can describe the sound, it’s like a hollow tube sound. All other areas are good, easy to setup. All HDMI ports are on the back. Very simple tv remote consisting of around 10 buttons, which actually needs a bit of getting use to. Luckily I had my previous Samsung remote which also works!
