in looking for overseas travel Insurance I logged on the Nat Seniors website to review the availability of the Policy for comparative purposes. the next day I received the quote via email and also a welcoming call from "Lyn" of the Travel centre who was able to assist me with a couple of questions that I had re pre existing conditions. I found her to be easy to deal with and was able to be of great assistance. I always shop around for insurance, but for the third time Seniors gave us the best and easiest to understand policy, we both have pre existing conditions and the ease of completing their requirements was a bonus. But only 4 stars, still had to pay!,

I always shop around for my travel insurance. I have a pre-existing condition and often am required to pay huge amounts to cover it and yet I always self managed and never required more than a visit to the doctor to sort out any difficulty. This is the first insurance policy that I have applied that recognises this. I will be definitely be using Seniors Travel Insurance for future trips and recommending it to others.

I believe it is good value as it covered everything I needed and expected. The person who assisted me was extremely helpful & explained everything in detail. I would recommend anyone else having this policy.

The online seniors travel insurance process to get a quote and then accept it and purchase the cover is straightforward and very easy to navigate. Have used seniors travel insurance 3 times so far.

The policy price was very competitive. I have never used this company before but will certainly use them on my next overseas holiday. The representative was most helpful and answered all my questions . However, before completing the interview I decided to add another day to the quote but it had already been submitted to another department. When I contacted them I was required to pay another $14.99 which was a disappointment
