However, ignoring the temptation of a quick fix in the interests of once more enjoying my favourite grill, I first checked each business on typical consumer review sites, only to be very disappointed to find them all hovering around the one- or two-star rating! Time, then, to do my own web search for better options. Suffice it that Service Force at Coomera came up tops with a number of five-star reviews. To boot, when I sought the same quote from them, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the full repair would cost me barely more than HALF what those recommended repairers were asking, despite all three having less distance to travel to reach me! The real icing on the cake, though, was that from receptionist to the actual technician, it was a real pleasure to do business with such genuine, competent, congenial people. I was promised a firm date for the service call. But when that proved impossible because the replacement grill arrived damaged, it was not only rescheduled with only a few days’ delay, but without asking, I was offered a considerable discount for the inconvenience.
