I ordered my very expensive Sharp SJ-FS676VSL refridgerator from Masters at Morayfield Qld on 27/3/13.
After a long delay, I was told by Masters' staff that the order was put on hold and not released by Sharp.
It arrived at my house on 20/4/13.The new fridge did not work. The door with the computer in it was broken.
This being the case, nothing worked and I was then told to contact Sharp on the 1300 number. I had 7 recorded choices. None of which were helpful. I have a new fridge that does not work.

oes not work and Sharp does not appear to care. They said they would replace it. I am still waiting and wearing out the kindness from neighbours who are supplying me with the use of their fridges. If things go wrong, Sharp does not appear to be helpful. Large Sharp Company and the computer in the door.

. No plumbing required. Once the draw is full of ice, it does not take any effort to fill the water compartment. Love my ice making drawer. To date I am very happy with my purchase.

Hi.
The freezer part of my unit is working perfectly, but the fridge is freezing things. Why is this happening? I've tried lowering the temperature of both the freezer and the fridge down to -15 and 6 but it's not helping. What do I do?

Hi Sarah, thank you for contacting us. You can turn off the unit for 24 hours and turn it back on. If this does not help, the unit may need to inspected/repaired by a Sharp approved service centre. Hi Sharp Customer Care, we are interested in purchasing this black SJFJ676VBK Fridge but I am naturally concerned with the ongoing problem with the Crisper draw lugs as described by many customers, is this still an ongoing problem or have you solved the problem and if we purchased the fridge how would you deal with this if it happened to us after 1 year ?
