Sales manager Banaj Bhatia given us right suggestions and guided us through out to made our first home journey smooth and easy. He is really a nice person to deal with and always ready to help, even after handover.
Building supervisor JASON ZEN have done a great job, was consistent in updates during construction, responds quickly to fix post construction issues, delivered much earlier than expected.
Must say they made our first Home journey hassle free.

We couldn’t be more happier and thankful with the quality, time-line, how the process was smoothly finished with massive project deliver with great workmanship. We are in the house for more than 3 months now. And we have not seen or experienced any major problem. There are minimal things what we addressed and been actioned quickly by Sherridon homes. There are no issues at all with structure. As First home-owners, we are so grateful to all staffs especially to Banaj from sales team and Romeo-site supervisor for the superb job. Romeo was able to hand over the property to us earlier than the time line, yet it was delivered perfectly.
A big thank you to everyone who was involved during the process from sales, admin and construction phase.

Sales coordinator (based in Heartlands Displayhouse) was very helpful to work out a plan to suit our budget without compromising designs and plans.
We were able to avail the promos as they are generous when it comes to inclusions - despite the limited budget.

We initially had hiccups during construction regarding missed out estate requirements but easily rectified by the management.
Our house was built on track and completed within the target date.
The site supervisor is very friendly, accommodating and prompt to respond.
After-sale support (or after settlement date) support is also good as he is responsive and proactive if there is any issues. We had some minor issues with the electricals, doors and paints but easily fixed

Sherridon homes journey has been quick fast and almost hassle free.

Starting from Banaj(contract signing) was very thorough and attentive to the amendments, Merin(contract and Developer approval) did amazing job in regards to the timeline and attention to detail.
Finally Alex(Site manager) was perfect in regards to the consistent updates and managing the work very efficiently.

Now looking forward to spend quality time at a quality home and identify minor defects, which you expect to find in all homes regardless of the builder.

Infact it is the financial cost for the build, timeline and the overall positive building experience that matters.

Build was managed very well and on time. Jason Zen, project manager, provided regular update on progress. He provided options to think about when we were not sure of certain aspects during build phase which made it easier to make decisions. There were no surprises during the build phase. Very happy with build quality.

Very impressed with the professional approach from our initial sales support from Beau in Clyde North to the exceptional work undertaken by site supervisor Zabi. We built an investment property in Warragul and were happy with all of it. Naturally, you will identify issues when building a new house, all of these were promptly dealt with by Zabi.
