After seeing Society One promoted on TV, I decided to apply online for a loan. The whole process was simple and easy and I had a response within the hour. 24 hours later my loan was approved and money transferred to my account. Couldn't recommend them higher.

I was very impressed by the ease of the application process, but I couldn't believe how simple it was beyond that. One phone call to clarify a couple of things (thanks Joe), and woke up the next morning to find an approval, and the funds were in my bank the following day.

As long as you have your documents in order beforehand, everything is absolutely seamless.

To be honest, I was a little weary of the automated statement retrieval process from my existing accounts, but there is nothing to worry about.

No contact for a week from Society One after submitting loan application so decided to ring to find out what was happening, application had been declined but were unable to explain why it was declined. Poor business standards!
I have a Job, a Disability pension, 50,000 in assets, no debts and 9 years perfect rental history at same property still not enough for a $25000 3 year personal loan to purchase a property to live on and start my own business..
Guess i'll have to sell my assets to buy my property.

This is my second loan through Society One - both times I've borrowed to reduce my credit card and "line of credit" balances, which were at double the rates I get through Society One.
Although I was hoping for a better rate, I realise that my employment record has been "less than perfect", so I'm still pleased.
