Interesting call today from this company to book in my installation. I had accepted a quote in November for supply & install in mid January. After I had to make numerous calls & emails I got an install date. Surprise no-one up or even rang. Only when I cancelled my agreement did they contact me. Today (3 months later) I get a call about the job. Are these guys serious!!

Despite a good experience with the installer and a neat and tidy installation, I was disappointed to find my house switchboard needs replacing to deal with the upgrade to smartmeters.
I have been quoted $3500, which we cannot afford.
I feel we should have been told of this probability prior to installation.
We now have a magnificently installed system on our roof that we pay for every week, but cannot afford to get activated.
