Had Neil come and look at my current system He informed us it was invertors he even gave me the contact details of who I should contact. Ended up buying a new system from Neil only because he was so helpful to deal with. Great service by him.

The service was fantastic! Everyone took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. The installation process was easy as solar naturally dealt with it all and we have been very happy with the benefits we are seeing so far.

The only negative was that I was offered a $100 discount for being referred by a friend. When I sought to claim the discount at payment I was told that it had already been included in the price. The treatment of the referral discount in the price could have been more transparent from the outset.

Really easy. The guys were prompt and placed the panels on the roof fairly quickly and without any damage which is always good. They cleaned up after and I haven’t seen any damage since.
