Had the solar panels recently installed and everything went smoothly as planned from quotes to installation. Very happy as how trouble free everything was as they handled all the paperwork and am now looking forward to having my energy bill much lower in the future. Would never recommend them.
Panel installation very easy on the 12/7/2019. especially when cash available.
FAULTY INVERTER; They are full of excuses. Blaming the weather, Wrong position, The inverter has no faults, They want to install a whirly bird in the garage where the inverter is installed (by themselves).
They have cut our monitoring availability off. That is so as we can't check up and see that the system is failing. All day long it is spiking and not peaking out at the top on a straight line. ( sunny days )

I believe you have been working with our customer service team and that they are waiting for parts to install so that your garage (where the inverter is located) stays cooler. Please note that we do not have access to cut your monitoring off as mentioned, nor would we ever do this. I believe our customer service has sent you emails about how get back into your monitoring. The monitoring is connected to your home wifi password, so when this changes, you will need to then update and change the password on your monitoring APP. Disappointing experience with no benefit 6 months after installation
Installation was fine in July 2022, installers helpful with advice to maximise savings on the system (including finding a new retailer with a better solar tariff) that we paid cash up-front for. Changed retailer 3 weeks after installation (nobody advised us that we should wait until after the new meter was installed), no bi-directional meter yet installed (as at 24.01.19) and therefore after 6 months have received no financial benefit on the system. Now dealing with the Energy and Water Ombudsman and Office of Fair Trading to find a resolution to this frustrating situation. Not recommended!

Solar panels
We did little research into solar panels prior to Solar Naturally knocking on our door. Clearly they gave a good pitch as after I signed up and had them installed i realised I’d paid double what I should have and got a smaller system. To top it all off I am now paying a monthly service charge on the repayments which I wAs not informed about. Still waiting for a response to my email.

Disappointing experience with the salesperson
Salesman turned up at my door during my workday, I was interested so we agreed to an appointment with the next salesman the following day. We were very keen, but we don't make important financial decisions in front of the salesperson, so we asked for the prices in an email (for clarity's sake) and we planned to think on it overnight. Very good but room for improvement
The Installers did a great job, I was impressed at their speed and politeness.
They left no mess and were easily able to accommodate a request to still have access to the aircon. They did however scratch the front panel of the inverter, which was a shame as it's a nice neat unit to have on the wall.
I was however disappointed that whilst I got a great run down on the inverter there was no help with the app.
This resulted in a couple of calls to tech support and more than 20minutes to problem shoot through the website & on the inverter itse...Read more

JSI inverters are a poor product.
5 year warranty is given
After 5 years to owner has to cover the cost of inverters
Inverters have now been changed twice so inverters last an average of 2.5 year - now no warranty

i am unbelievably disappointed with the whole process. The deposit was paid early December and the installation was completed in early April. We were informed that the job would be done in January if not late December. The house is split level and all installation and connection to the existing meter box is on the single level yet we were charged for extra cable and scissor lift plus extra team member which was not the case. Damage to roof capping, existing conduit and render is evident. Numerous rubbish items were left around the property. Delays, deceit and damage. I have requested that the so called double story cost be omitted and have been given the serious run around. Would you like me to write a glowing review?

For door to door sales there is requirement to have a ten day cooling off period in which you can cancel without cost. Send them written notice. Check the details of your contract, there may be fees if equipment is already delivered.
