Despite acknowledging up front that I wasn't looking to purchase a system for at least 12 months Ron called me straight away to give me much needed advice. I've had the system working for a few weeks now and I'm very happy. The service from the whole team has been brilliant.

Ron was brilliant from day one. Everything explained. Installation was first class. The system works very well and we cant wait to go to storage.

Extremely happy with the service from Solaron. Staff are very friendly and helpful and quick to get back to me when I had any queries. Installation was prompt and hassle free, within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote. They have been very quick to help with any queries since installation (being a novice solar user there are always questions) and when Energex altered our meter box beyond what was expected they quickly helped and sorted out my problem. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. I would say service has been exceptional during the whole process including their after sales service.

I got a call from the solar consultant...Told him it was an honest mistake since i am in perth and they're based in vic/nsw. Nevertheless, ron gave me some very extensive advice about power requirements and a whole lot of technical spiel. I would've gone with them if i were in vic/nsw

We weren't able to use SolarOn's services as they do not service VIC but I was compelled to write this review after receiving a call from (Names-withheld) in response to my query on their website. The amount of information I got from him was more than any other service provider could give me and this advice was given to me even after knowing there would be no business from my end.

(Names-withheld) is very patient and has a wealth of information which helped me narrow down an ideal inverter-panel combo for my new home and also make an informed decision around the installation process. Guys keep up the great job and please think of expanding your business to VIC so that people here can benefit from your services.

I highly recommend SolarOn to anybody who wants quality. From the inital consultation where Ron was very knowledgeable, to the install where the guys, in my wife's words, polite friendly and just wonderfull to deal with. I can be fussy but the finished job is second to none, they even do the little things like traffolyte labels on the isolators and switchboard. I love the monitoring system they use, simple to read and easy to understand. If you want quality product with great customer service you cannot go pass SolarOn, 10 out of 10.

the most informative and straight company to deal with, from the first contact to the installation by very professional installers, I have already recommended solaron to two other friends .these guys might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. When I was looking for Solar Panel companies I initially contacted a few of the big players like AGL and True Value Solar but looking at their reviews on this site I decided to look again. I came across SolarOn on here and every single review was good or excellent (This is supposed to be excellent by the way but the site seems broken today).
I can't describe how good these guys are. The installation, post installation service, everything has been brilliant and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wan't to install solar to their home or business. Even a nice box of chocolates for being a SolarOn customer is a nice touch.

Factual information and latest products which we could cross check with the internet and compare easily with other cells and systems to make an informed decision was what we were after. Not necessarily the cheapest but certainly the best. Suits our needs and arranged an install date for when we were available - no fuss.
