Amazing prices, products and customer service.
I use my spa on a daily basis. I was extremely impressed by the customer service your company provided, with Prompt responses and nothing was too had. The features and overall quality exceed my expectations.
With multiple filters and the ozone hygiene function, makes cleaning the spa a breeze.
Word on the street is that we are the envy of all our neighbours with our new swim spa

best buy ever
we use the spa at least 3-4 times a week all year round. much better than just a pool that you can only use when its warm. lovely just to relax in or for the kids to have fun

Absolutely loving it
We are absolutely loving our new Spa it’s so relaxing after a days work we get in every day It was delivered within a week of purchase And the delivery guys were very friendly.

Great spa!
We use our swim spa 4 to 5 times a week swimming and add chemicals once or twice a fortnight. Perfect for our small family. Great customer sevice and easy warranty claim.

Crap Spas, Crap Service, Crap Business - Don't go near them!!
My Spa is cracked and after 4 months of promising they would fix it, absolutely nothing!!! The government lets them keep trading as well which baffles me!!!!
My Spa was not touched over winter and it cracked! Just goes to show how strong their acrylic is.
Please look elsewhere for a spa don't be upset and devastated like I am!!!

Great spa, poor experience
It started with the sales rep requesting a deposit asap to secure a spa for the 22/12/18 delivery. Paid it same day. Come the 20/12/18, I get a text msg from another rep advising full payment overdue and to pay asap. Full payment was made same day. I then msg facebook asking what the process of delivery is and confirming my spa is arriving. I get told from what they can see, my order is not due till the 12/1/19. I make several attempts to contact the sales rep, support line & facebook, with everyone telling me the same thing. I request a refund...Read more

Finally the original sales rep texts advising it's the first he is hearing of these issues, and changes the story to that full payment had to be made with in 1 week of the deposit to secure a spa for the 22/12/18, even though the deposit was paid on the 7/12/18 and full payment the 20/12/18. Again I request a refund. Get told he will talk to his manager but I got a great deal and wouldn't get it cheaper elsewhere. I gave up and said, just forget it, lesson learnt. The spa finally arrives. I again (4th time mind you I asked about delivery from different channels), ask when the delivery will be so I can organise a crane the same time to lift it over my house. Here I get told for the first time, that delivery is not included. Again, I am exhausted, so just arrange my own delivery. Get it home and have electrician booked in to hardwire it. They have questions. Phone the support line, and get told someone would call them back. So a second call out from them to complete the job. Then, I ask for instructions on the stairs provided as none in the box. I get a quick response and have a set emailed to me. However, they are not for these stairs and/or they do not match the parts included. I msg facebook advising the same, and get provided with a link for warranty claims. After clicking the link, it says to complete warranty registration information to activate warranty. So I do this. I instantly get an email advising "Thanks for entering our online Christmas spa giveaway!". Mind you, we are now in late January by now. I again advise facebook of this, with no reply. Then, Friday, I get a call from a lady advising that my warranty registration has been received successfully, and if I would like to leave a review so she can send me out spare filters? Very much sounded like they would only be sent if I left a review. I proceed to tell her of my experience above, but she doesn't care, saying she has simply been given my details to call. I request warranty confirmation in writing as her call doesn't give me peace of mind given the above experience. She cannot do this either, stating she doesn't know what head office does. She just calls off her list. Well, here's my review. To top this off, spa prices from them including the one I purchased have dropped up to $2k mid January below my purchase price. I look forward to my spare filters & written confirmation of my warranty registration. Thank you update 11.3.19 - owner [name removed] rocked up to my work unannounced with filters & offering to leave a tray table also. Wanting to discuss the review, all whilst I had customers dining in and lining up. He also asked to order food, which I declined given the already published falsified review. I advised I would take his call at 2.30pm, which I did. Explained every aspect of my review to which there really wasn't any acceptance, although acknowledged. I appreciate the filters which were previously promised, and the table as a further gesture.6 comments

Gladly we were able to find you through your other review you wrote for stratco, your other review is along the similar lines, all our clients calls are monitored and we can track the amount of calls you made to us via the 1300 number and it amounts to 3 in total. All call port to the call centre. Each call was followed by a text message to you ( which we have copies) ensuring that the matter was resolved prior to delivery. The lady who called took your comments on board, and she explained everything. The invoice clearly states that you need to call crane company for a delivery quote as you needed a special hi hab crane, you viewed your invoice several times and know about delivery fees. Our Prices vary all the time, especially big ticket items, we dont sell $5 hamburgers, we sell spas and swim spas which is something different and a lot more complex. We use our spa everyday.its easy to maintain. We take water samples to our local pool shop and they help us with keeping chemical balances etc correct very simple.

Awesome Spa .. great value
Absolutley great service.. we were told it was going to take an extra 6 weeks for delivery...quick phone call.. we were upgraded and its even better than anticipated. Good wuality product.. also THE SPA MAN removalists did a great job.

Happy as
We have a Californian Grande. Have had it around 6 months. Delivery was as agreed and all was fine. We are totally enjoying our Spa, there is room for our whole family and the wee ones have a ball in it. We would certainly recommend both the Spa and the Company.

Best item i have ever brought
We brought the Bali Deluxe around 8 months ago. It is just fantastic. We are in it at least 3 times per week. Its so relaxing after working and running kids around all day. Its low maintenance and has only added $20 to our monthly electricity bill and we keep it hot everyday!!! Love it!

Love our spa
We made the best decision buying our cascade swim spa we were looking at putting a pool in and found spas direct seen a swim spa and the rest is history. Warm in winter cool on summer best of both worlds. Highly recommended Spas Direct and all the team.

If I could give a negative star I would
Firstly we bought and spa and gazebo package back in January and we still have not received a spa or gazebo.
We only found out last week that the gazebo was not ordered at all and we will have to pay $400 shipping from Melbourne to Brisbane then Brisbane to home which we were not told about at all!!
Now endless phones calls have gone unanswered and emails, customer service is terrible we have already started to pay for a spa that now 10 weeks down the track still don’t have.
