We just recently purchased a spa from Charlie at Glenhaven splashes. What a pleasure it was to deal with Charlie. He knows how to interact with customers, know his products in-depth and was happy to answer all of our questions with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Charlie, we’re looking forward to getting delivery of our new spa.

Choosing to get a spa was something we took a long time to decide on. We chose Splashes after a recommendation. Best decision we made. From the minute we walked into the Marsden Park showroom to the final tuition on how to use and maintain our spa has been nothing but flooress. Shane and Matt have answered all our questions big and small, even our frantic last minute colour change was not a problem. They have worked with us every step of the way. And I know, should I need to contact Shane again he is more than willing to take my call at any time. They have been one of the easiest most supportive companies I have had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time.

The staff could not be more helpful, and have continued to provide excellent support when I have called up with questions around managing my new spa. We bought a spa around five years ago and have been very happy with both the spa and the service from Splashes Terrey Hills in regard to advice and fixing any problems that have occurred. Use the spa every day and couldn't be happier!

After looking at a number of Spas we decided on an Oasis Spa and purchased it from Splashes Glenhaven. Second time we visited we met Jill who was extremely helpful and filled in the gaps missing from other companies. Once the spa was delivered, filled and powered up Jill arrived to go through the chemical procedures and setting up. The explanations she gave we easy to follow and understand along with many other more practical tips for getting the most from the spa and keeping running costs down. Would not hesitate to recommend Jill at Splashes Glenhaven based on our experience.

After owning a much larger spa for 10 years, it has taken a bit of time to get used to the smaller space and the fact that the jet pressure is not as strong, but otherwise we are very happy with our purchase. I would suggest including a stronger pump on this size.
