Unfortunate stress dealing with this Kogan authorised repairer
Hi peeps,
I had a washing maching purchased from kogan.com and this company was the only offered repairer for it.
All starts when the company call me and leave a voicemail and immediately I called them back. Upon speaking to the customer service I was informed to leave my number and they would call me back. After 2 days of no call return I contacted Kogan and immediately SSS tech called me because Kogan was following up the complaint.

my call history. Well, by then it was already a week waiting to get the washing machine Kogan repaired and the SSS tech wanted to arrange a pickup of good in 7 days. Having Electrical background I let them know the issues and after a several emails back and forwards with Kogan to have the washing machine fixed in my apartment. cool.Similar opinion?
