While the service itself was good, I've been getting emails every couple of days since asking me to review them.

Good communication through their automated systems and calls from the office. Guys showed up when they were scheduled, polite & efficient. The job went a lot faster then I thought it would take and I was very happy with the end result.

Very impressed with the patience, politeness and professionalism of the serviceman who turned up to install our dryer on the wall.
The previous installer that also delivered the dryer had drilled into a water pipe costing over $1300 in repairs. I contacted at least 4 people to get the dryer mounted. Only Stove Doctor replied promptly if at all. The servicemen turned up on time, took into account my concerns, and took careful measurements to find the least risky place to drill. The dryer install was completed successfully, and I would recommend them to others. (FYI they even explained that they did carry with them a repair kit should they have drilled into a pipe accidently)

The receptionist taking the booking for the service was very polite and accommodating when I had to unexpectedly change my booking. The serviceman arrived for the repair and as my appliance was too old & irreparable he took measurements & sent through options of new ovens for me. I had a new oven installed within 2 days of the original appointment. The staff kept me informed about their arrival time & had the oven installed, the old one removed & the area cleaned up promptly. Would definitely recommend Stove Doctor.
