Your tradesmen turned up on time and completed the job efficiently. The job was completed within two hours.
Dishwasher and Rangehood installed and old equipment taken away.
I was given a quick rundown of the operations of the new equipment.

Absolutely disgusting level of customer service
Continually placed on hold
3 engineers attended property, each found a different issue.
Once repairs were “finally completed” original issue was still apparent and had not been rectified.
Informed the booking line about school drop offs but would get a call at 8:45am stating engineer was 10mins away.
Engineers would arrive at property will no idea what the previous issue was or what needed to be carried out.
Would not recommend!

They knew what is exactly wrong and what to look for. The stove guy was very professional and arrived on time. He finishes quick as he seem to know what he is doing.

Professional service, friendly and I am happy with the repairs carried out. A phone call after the service completed to follow up on the repairs and if I was happy.

The technician contacted us to inform us approximately when he would be there, he followed this up with a more accurate time, and he came in this time frame.
The technician was friendly, thorough, and kept me informed of what he was up to.
The dishwasher now works well!!!

The installers came early, did the job in a fast and excellent manner. Removed the old oven, even installed brand new wiring and installed the new oven. Made sure that the oven was working fine and place was clean before they go. Can't top that!

I had 2 Ovendoc’s come to swap out my oven. They were both so friendly and professional, in and out lightening quick and that included installation, turning the power off and back on, a quick chat on how to use and care for the new oven PLUS removal of the old one and the clean up (the only mess was the plastic from the new oven) Thank you soo much guys!! It’s perfect!!

Both times that the stove doctor came to firstly repair and then replace the stove, they were within the time frame stated. They were polite, efficient and clean. I would recommend this service.

Our serviceman was quick and efficient, he came early in the morning so we didn't have to wait around. He also gave a good check over an old stove that could of had someone coming back sooner.

There are stairs in the townhouse and the strong taller guy just moved the dryer up by himself. That is impressive. Excellent experience. Recommend!
