I’m not happy with the build process so far. There is no one managing the site properly so things are being missed. The insulation in the external walls was not put in and the plaster boarders came through and installed the plasterboard not caring that the insulation bags were sitting there and there was no insulation in the walls. After 12 months of display home shopping we choice Stylemaster homes because of the quality and luxury inclusions. Everything was great up until they commenced onsite.

Very poor communication, lack of understanding our concerns throughout the build when things were incorrect and then to top it off over 100 deficits.

The house was handed over with a “builders clean”! There was builders saw dust in cupboards, paint over spray on cupboards and floors, dirt in silicone because this was completed before the clean and the list goes on...

We looked at so many display homes that our heads spun. The Stylemaster Baybreeze won us. The layout was perfect for us and our situation in life. All our dealings with Sharon were excellent. She ensured all our plan changes were made without fuss and we were happy with the end plan.

We visited Stylemaster in Brisbane to choose colours and brands. The staff were helpful and had samples for us to choose from and colours too. What could have been a big drama was made easy for us.

They built us a great home, however there were somethings that were a let down during the process, they had a fantastic design team that went above and beyond to get you the style you want but the administration was really lacking especially during the drawing of the plans. It was very rushed, they managed to skip all the changes we requested in the second stage which required a full redraw at the last minute, no electrical appointment which really should be a requirement as its so easy to get it wrong when you plan it yourself. The workmanship and build quality of our home is 2nd to none. Every Tradesman which worked on our home was friendly, reliable and most of all professional. We built the Lakeview 35 BP at Pelican Waters.

We have built a house with StyleMaster homes and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all after the construction started. We met a very good sales officer and he convinced us to build with them. At that stage we couldn’t find any of their previous customers or many online bad feedbacks. So, we made this mistake.
