The Sales person was professional and friendly explaining the cost of purchase of the Hive Solar Battery and answered any questions I had with the cost and how many panels I have with my existing Solar Panels which I had installed 7 years ago.

The install team were professional and excellent in installing the Hive Solar Battery. There were 4 of them who installed the Hive Solar Battery and fixing an issue I had with my Solar Hot Water System panel within 4 hours. They also went through the process of how to identify issues with the Hive Solar Battery and also how it works.

I fully recommend this company to anyone.

From the first phone call to inquire about upgrading my 5.5kwh solar panels, to a Hive battery being installed (within one week) effortless, everything was explained in great detail and professionalism, nothing was to much trouble for the Sunbank Solar Team (All my questions answered.) I too am one of a number of people who have been sent Dear Electricity Account Holder letters from this company about flogging off solar batteries. They must be writing to everyone with solar panels. When will these people learn that Australians mistrust unsolicited sales letters and phone calls from unknown interstate companies making promises they don't keep. We do not buy from pushy sales people. We do not believe waffle about exclusive offers, substantial discounts, ground-breaking deals etc etc for the first 300 to sign up to a pilot program. We are wary.

So pleased to have committed to upgrading our 4.95 kwh solar panel system with a HIVE battery upgrade with blackout protection. From the moment we contacted the company to the date of the installation, every aspect of the project has been delivered as promised.

I am fed up with the hassle of their letterbox drops. I received so far ten letters, one day I had four in my letterbox !! I even called them to say I am not interested and they said, OK you won't receive anymore, but still hounded !! Even If I was interested, I am Not Now !! No one likes the Heavy Approach to Advertising from Companies dumping their crap into your letterbox

Got contract and given time to review, agreement led to installation completed on time and very effectively. Been installed for 12 months now and I couldn't be happier. Have got credits on all bills, so able to pay gas bills off on electricity credit.

The assessor arrived within a week to check the installation but am still waiting for it to be connected to the grid.

Polite and helpful contact by phone and with the installers. Probably not paying its way yet but time will tell. monitoring process clear. May requirs a second battery and would use the same company.

Gary Lawson gave me a very competitive cost and i was blown away that it was to be installed within 2 weeks which it was. The installers were very prompt, on time and very pleasant and fully explained the installation. Afters sales support for any questions were always replied within 15 minutes by Gary Lawson again with clear and precise answers.

Haven't had a bill yet. Only had the system for 3 weeks. Very happy with the whole process. Sunbank team great to deal with and the installation was excellent. Also the app for checking real time updates on usage and production is a bonus and from what im seeing there won't be much electricity to pay for.
