A professional team of 3 installed our system and it was quick. Great job. Because our house is 2 storeys they took photos of the roof to show me what they had done which helped me understand what was there.

I reported to Sunboost about a State 567 on my Fronius inverter during the first week of being installed. Zara from the Service team contacted me and helped me tweak the inverter. Zara asked me to contact her if the issue was resolved. I will be monitoring for 1 week.

- There is an obvious communication barrier
- call quality is extremely poor,
- they have a lack of understanding of their products and processes
- Low level of intelligence to assist customers
- don’t answer calls (once you pay your deposit to have to block your number so they answer).
- the last person hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager for the above reasons.
Just once I would like to speak to a person with the intelligence to assist.

The admin process was very prompt and easy and installation was done SO quickly! I was quite surprised. The guys worked so hard. Whole process was amazing, and the results are so great. Haven't paid an electricity bill since.

the installation proces very easy, no porblem at all and all done in half a day despite my house being a double storey, and rather high as 2 and 1/2 storey building.
The guys from Installation company Rynergy were very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend them both Sunboost and Rynergy to anybody wanting to install solar system.
I ordered Fronius inverter because I know it currently is the best on the market. On the first day it performed brillient giving us 12.5 kWh in half a day as the installation was completed and connected to the grid only after 1pm. Will see how the system be doing in the future, but at the moment I am very happy with the decisions.

Payed $200 up front, supposed to be installed 4th April, haven't heard from them and have gone with Arise Solar who has been no fuss! we didn't get our money back either after sending email to request a refund! beware of these dodgy people!

Installation process was pretty easy. Xavier was very helpful before and during installation .
Zara was excellent with the app installation, she guided me through the fine details . She was very helpful.

No issues with SunBoost - The Help line was very good and solved my issue. Zara handled my problem very well and was very patient and clear with her instructions. The help line has always respond in a quick time and are very efficient.

I got the system a few months ago. I was happy with the service from Darren. I actually thought I ll post my review after receiving the bill. I am almost paying nothing for electricity. Recommend.

Had 6.6KW fitted to my Rockingham rental I am renoing . The team of Hayman and Bruno worked hard and fast and had it all installed to my great satisfaction in less than 3 hours. The sparkie moved in and had it wired and running in less than 2 hours and its been pumping power at a better than expected rate. Well done men.

I informed Sunboost of a faulty system over a month ago. One of the isolators has stopped working. Since contacting the company they have given me the run around. They simply have not been able to organise an electrician to inspect and replace the faulty part. Such delays and fobbing off customers is unacceptable. I can not recommend Sunboost.

We waited quite a long time for installation -- from December 2022 to April 2020 -- and during that time there was not much communication from Sunboost about when we might expect to have the panels installed or why the delay was occurring . Other than that, we are very pleased with the service and found Melvin, particularly, kind and helpful in dealing with the post-installation matters.
