Excellent peak hour speeds, tremendous reliability and brilliant support. FAIR DINKUM. Have 100/20 service from past two months and it is awesome. Very satisfied and not had any dropouts till today.

Best NBN service we have ever had

We have been Telstra, iinet and Voda and none could fix the NBN dropouts even with the TIO assistance in each case.
Changed to Superloop and instantly all the dropouts were ended.
This service is second to none.
When you call them you talk to an Aussie not an overseas call centre.
A great Aussie product that is highly recommended.

Substandard - network constantly congested

Don't bother with this company. Constant drop out and speed fluctuations (went with their 100mbps plan). Been with other internet providers and I can definitely feel the difference. This company definitely needs to invest in their bandwidth. I'm cancelling my plan today and going with someone else . Their call center teams doesn't really care if you are with them or not.

Great to deal with and best speeds

Had nothing but great speeds on my 100/40 unlimited connection. No drops or slow speeds. Speed does not drop during the day even with people now workings from home. FTTP is great and may be different to your own connection.

Amazing service and connection and speed

Have 5 users at home that are all gamers. Low latency and ping is key to decent gaming experience. Superloop have performed over and beyond. Speed is around 96 and upload 38 HFC connection. Moving my parents and their business to superloop as well.

Tired of crap internet and crap customer service

We were initially with nuskope until superloop bought them out. Wow, not impressed with their customer service at all, wait on hold for way too long and then when you talk to someone they say reset your modem, it’s fast for 5 minutes so you think all is good and then back to 1mbps - we bought a new modem thinking that was the issue because from their end things look fine!! What a load of crap. We’re leaving superloop now, had a gutfull and if you don’t leave you’re letting them get away with it and wasting your money. See you later superloop - crap crap crap, do not join superloop!! You have been Warned!

This has to be the worst service I've ever gotten from any service provider. Said in the commercial to have "20mbps typical evening speed" while I barely get 1mbps. I emailed the customer support team for advice and never gotten any reply back. Absolutely terrible.

High quality NBN for a reasonable price

Absolutely rock solid bar the period of experiencing a Cisco bug on their BNGs which they were good in communicating about.
Own their fiber network and have low pings overseas. CVC graphs in member portal so no congestion.

Only reviewing as I see it's mostly people who are sharing a negative experience.

Was transferring from Telstra to other provider, changeover supposed to happen Monday morning.problem with mixup over changeover and told would not happen till next day.i rang superloop (who I did not orriganily consider)at 11 am Mon and was connected at 4pm.could not be happier.been 2 weeks great consistent speeds with not 1 dropout.Try them they even gave me the whistle out discount.100/20 plan costing me $69 month no contract

Going Downhill very fast

Over the last couple of weeks, my speed has been slowing down, each day it is slower than the day before, Today it is down to, Download 1.58Mpbs, and the Upload is 19.08Mpbs, I have not got those speeds back to front. It is no good ringing Superloop, as you could be on the Phone all day, and not get an answer.
Their service was good, but getting help is hopeless.

Constant buffering issues!!!

The connection was
Absolutely redicicolus, constant buffering never received the promised evening speeds at any given time. Speed would always slow by the morning and had to reset modem numerous number of times. Have moved back to aussiebb I have found this to be the best in my area!

Poor product and worse customer service

I signed up with super loop based on the price. I figured that the saving would be worth any intermittent issues that could pop up. Ever since connection, I have been experiencing daily internet drop outs which I have never had with any previous providers. I emailed superloop regarding this and did not hear back. Daily drop outs continue to happen. I emailed them regarding a billing issue and did not hear back. I called them regarding cancellation (which can’t be done online) and spent around an hour of productivity cancelling my service. The first operator [name removed] just hung up on me sending me to the back of the queue, but the second operator [name removed] was nice.

Save your sanity, go with a provider with a good track record.

Very bad NBN provider

Internet has been dropping out for days, 25 people in the queue when I call up. Have been on hold for an hour and still the 22nd person in the queue. I just changed to Aussie Broadband and all the issues are resolved. But I still lost two hours of productivity today which is a joke.

Hi Anita. i had similar frustration with Superloop. continuous internet drop outs. if you are not tied into a contract, the solution is obvious.
