Award winning sales skills nowhere to be seen
I purchased a new Mitsubishi Triton GLS Premium for approx $58,000
The polite yet clumsy staff at Suttons Mitsubishi have been frustrating to get anything resolved. Constant issues and having to return the new vehicle for additional accessories (at extra cost), all to achieve what we spent 4 hours talking about on the day of purchase is frustrating to put it mildly. Two months on from date of purchase and I honestly feel cheated and lied to.

Unusual missed calls, atrocious email etiquette, unprofessionalism of the dealership and a failure for attention to detail. $58,000 with Suttons Mitsubishi. Now forced to go to a third party to have my tailgate alarm fitted. Suttons Mitsubishi explicitly recommended against an alarm switch installed on the tailgate as their chosen switch install location was prone to damage. This is two months of back and forth after taking delivery of the ute.1 comment

Love this car
Great service, easy to deal with and what a terrific car. Love the XC60 - great drive, super comfy, easy infotainment system and plenty of tech to keep me happy. Great work Volvo.

My recent experience at Western Toyota Guildford, I was very nervous because this was my first vehicle purchase. I rang different Toyota dealers to see who would help me, 1 Toyota dealer would only help me if I came into office (it was hard to find time to do this). Buying a car can be stressful. Will from Sutton’s City made the whole experience very pleasant and easy from start to finish.

Fabulous Car
I am so happy with my Hyundai Kona. So many features that make driving a pleasure.
Allison Beehag was the salesperson really impressed me last year when i first looked at the car which is why i kept her card and contacted her when i knew i would be able to purchase the car this year. Alison was very knowledgeable and provided friendly service.

Great service
Staff were friendly and efficient. The car bought was in great condition. Never felt pressured to pay or sign up for any packages i didnt want to. Gave me as much time as needed to make my decisions (which took a while).

The experience was great
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Honesty seemed to be paramount and I was made to feel important. Explanations were extensive with plenty of time allowed. I would recommend SVM KIA Roseville to my friends

Perfect 10/10
We were looking at going to another Hyundai dealer but due to the service and professionalism at Sutton’s we decided to stay with them and buy there. Everything was done on the day within 30 mins. All our questions were answered clearly, they listened to us and were willing to make us happy to get our business. We felt like family immediately on the day!
