The sale was good. Got a reasonable deal and trade in for my old vehicle. Bought it with a technician's step which was not available at the time. After waiting four months, no step but was offered "roof rails" instead. I took the offer but instead of roof rails, after market Rhino roof racks were installed that did not fit my Staria load. Modified brackets had to be used. They drilled into the roof without telling me. The installation was careless. I put silicone around all the holes and brackets to ensure no rust was going to develop. I hope that's the case. I don't recommend Suttons Alexandria for after sales service. The staff would rather be somewhere else.

A dent on the car was not mentioned. Not having sufficient time to consider upsells was not the best experience.
