We didn’t know what we wanted for bridesmaid dresses & they were so patient as my bridesmaids tried on what felt like every dress in the shop as my girls are such different shapes we wanted to make sure the dresses did justice to the girls figures.

Thank you so much as we only had that one day as my matron of honor lives interstate you made the process so easy for us. Even when we had to swap sizes over everything was just so seem less and stress free exactly what you need when when wedding planning

I have made multiple purchases at The doll house over the years. It is always my go to store when I have a special occasion. The staff are always so helpful, prices are competitive and the product is drop dead gorgeous. I recently purchased my year 12 formal dress from dollhouse and it was absoulety stunning. The ladies were so helpful in helping pick the right dress and finding my right size as I am quite petite, they had all the tailoring done and even helped me pick accessorys and shoes. I saw an Instagram post of discount dresses on the dollhouse page! I instantly called and was greeted by one of the lovely girls! She explained everything thorough and how long they would take to get delivered to melbourne! I was so impressed how well she described the gowns so I decided to purchase 3 at once!
We processed the transaction and she emailed me the receipt instantly. In the email she also congratulated me for my wedding which I think personalised the email and made me fell valued!

The owner keeps making excuses for not refunding. The item tore when we got home, Helen promised exchange in 2 days, 4 weeks later I am still waiting. She won't even refund.
Their clothing is very poor quality. Don't trust them.

Have been chasing for a refund for dresses that didn't arrive since October 2017. They tell me they will process the refund and then don't.
