I recently purchased my year 12 formal dress from dollhouse and it was absoulety stunning. The ladies were so helpful in helping pick the right dress and finding my right size as I am quite petite, they had all the tailoring done and even helped me pick accessorys and shoes. The dresses are of the highest quality and I recieved so many beautiful compliments

I saw an Instagram post of discount dresses on the dollhouse page! I instantly called and was greeted by one of the lovely girls! She explained everything thorough and how long they would take to get delivered to melbourne! I was so impressed how well she described the gowns so I decided to purchase 3 at once!
We processed the transaction and she emailed me the receipt instantly. In the email she also congratulated me for my wedding which I think personalised the email and made me fell valued!

WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Ordered my bridesmaids dresses from the Top ryde dollhouse. Everyone was so nice when ordering. I was told they would come by January. However after NUMEROUS stressed phone calls I did not receive them until LATE FEB. There was a different excuse every time I called. My fiancé had to call them when I was stressed and crying and then they began to tell him they will get a DHL person to deliver them. There was no apology, no valid explanation. Nothing.They were informed when I ordered the dresses my wedding was early...

Brought it in store. Bad experience with owner.
The owner keeps making excuses for not refunding. The item tore when we got home, Helen promised exchange in 2 days, 4 weeks later I am still waiting. She won't even refund.
Their clothing is very poor quality. Don't trust them.

Have been chasing for a refund for dresses that didn't arrive since October 2017. They tell me they will process the refund and then don't.

My daughter and I went to the North Ryde store to find a dress for her formal in December. This was in early October. She found her perfect dress and was measured up because apparently they only have the one dress for trying on then it is made to measure. I paid in full, which was way more than I wanted to spend and was then taken through the process. We set the wear-date as the 2nd Decmeber, a week prior to the actual date just as a precaution but was advised by the lovely assistant that it would be received before then for sure. My dress was bought from the dollhouse store and i am amazed about the quality of my dress and the price that i paid for it as it certainly is worth the purchase!!! I had the best experience in the doll house! It usually takes me few shops to decide on my dress while I walked in the store and it took me only one visit to purchase my engagement dress. The girls were so helpful and they don’t focus on just selling but actually helping out in what you can get to match your Occassion. Also very good prices and reasonable!
