I ordered by custom made dress in the Melbourne store and the manager was lovely! All I had to do was call for an update and I love my dress!

I Made my purchase in store, the process was good. My purchase was about delayed but the girls were amazing and made sure I received it on time. My dress was absolutely stunning and perfect, every detail was exactly how I wanted it!
I'm so happy with it.

Some designs have been ripped off well known designers. They have been asked to take down photos of ripped off designs. They are claiming the dresses are 'custom designed' when they have been copied off. If you complain on Facebook or Instagram, they will delete and block you. They are basically making lots of money from ripped off designs. I guess imitation is the best form of flattery.

Pretty dresses so cheaply made & TERRIBLE staff who will lie & upset you just to make a buck.

They are now paying people to leave positive reviews for them online to try outweigh the negative!!!

I originally entered the top ryde store with my heart set on a certain dress. After trying on the original dress and a few others the assistant found a dress that was absolutely perfect for my body shape, with a very flattering style and colour suited to me individually. She was very helpful and not pushy at all, in the end being able to sell me a stunning dress within my budget.

Visitied bexley store in September and ordered my engagement dress. The service received from the staff was absolutely great! I received my dress before expected date and just the way i wanted it.I was also given a swatch for my scarf. Overall, i recommend this store for dress purchases

The workers are sooooooo quick! I needed a dress for a wedding and they did not fail at providing me with something I needed in a short amount of time. They also listened to my specifications and used that to find me what i needed. Super helpful staff that help you straight away. Can't wait for the next occasion so I can buy another amazing dress!!!

I ordered a dress for my daughters christening a week before the event through the store. It arrived the day before the event to my relief and was altered within the hour. I had purchased many dresses from dollhouse prior to this and many since. Vicky, the manager at top Ryde always looks after me. I will continue to shop here.

Staff will tell you retail pricing but often give you a discount. Which sounds great till you have to order the item where time of delivery will far exceed their eta. Not great if you have a deadline. Additionally, it will arrive in a slightly different colour and size to the one in store. The garments are not good quality for the price paid and are generally slightly different from the manufacturers advertisement. Which leads you to believe that these are just cheap reproductions with a tag attached. You're best off getting a good quality legitimate designer dress from Myers or David Jones for that price.

This company is one of the absolute poor dress companies out there. The service is terrible, the workers are horrible and the dresses are such poor quality for the prices. I cannot believe how or why this place is still open, it honestly is one of the worst experiences i have had and will never be back again.

The doll house definitely helped me out A LOT ! I had a wedding and as usual I was very last minute at getting a dress in time! The morning of my event I tried my luck with the Top Ryde store. after trying on 7 dresses I some how managed to pick one dress. they were all so amazing! The girls got me a brand new one from their storeroom and also recommended me to the tailer in the centre who had shortened my dress on the spot!! I am very very happy with the way the girls in store helped me chose the perfect dress! They definitely concentrated on helping me find the right dress! Their customer service skills were excellent! I will definitely be going back there !!!

I bought the Georgette gown in champagne for my year 12 formal this year and I loved it! The ladies at dollhouse castle hill have such good service and I truly felt like they wanted me to be truly happy with my dress. The price I paid for my dress was completely worth it! I love how it curves my whole body in its beautiful mermaid design and has a featured slit to show of my killer heels. I cannot thank Doll house enough for my beautiful dress! Everyone was commenting and talking about how my dress stood out from all the others I highly recommend dollhouse for any formals or special occasions.

Everyone is so kind and helpfull. When I walked into the shop the customer services was so good and the store looked amazing very clean and tidy and even when they where busy the girls still made sure that I left with a dress.

Where do I begin with the dollhouse!! These girls are absolute lifesavers, a week before my engagement my dressmaker did not follow through with my dress I went into the Melbourne store and the girls went above and beyond to help me find an amazing dress suited for the night! After a long 3 hours, the girls remained patient with me and helped me with all my needs! I left the dollhouse with my gorgeous jovani dress for my engagement and I couldn't have been any happier!! Amazing customer service, gorgeous dresses, dollhouse saved my engagement!! Definitely have recommended to all my friends for there upcoming events!!

After visiting several stores and experiencing the worst of worst experiences - I walked into the Doll House. The staff are so welcoming and help you from the moment you walk in. The girls from top ryde were incredibly helpful and helped be find my outfit within the first two dresses I had chosen to try . I have recommended all my friends and family to go in and wouldn't post on this page if I wasn't pleased with my purchase. Don't believe everything you hear and go in and check it out

Such a great experience everytime i come into the Dollhouse, always greeted with a smile and made sure I am taken care of. Staff go over and beyond to help find what we were after and ensure they show us not only what is instore but also what else is available to purchase online. Quick to get dresses in, ensure that dresses come express and that there is no late arrivals. Dollhouse will and always will be the only place I buy evening dresses from.

Been to The Dollhouse a few times now and every time I've been in there the girls always greetly me so nicely and instantly ask if I'm after any help. They helped me try on dresses for my cousin's wedding which was overseas and helped me find the perfect gown. Whilst my size wasn't avaliable they put an order through for me and within two weeks i received my dress in perfect condition. Everyone in Europe was in awe of how amazing I looked in the gown. The girls went above and beyond and were so helpful. I've recommended so many friends to shop at The Dollhouse. So happy with they're service!
