This company just issue policy but you cannot claim anything.
This insurance is totally fraud, you can get travel insurance easily but their online claim site does not work, they don’t answer phone, reply by mail or if you get to them somehow keep you on hold or keep on transferring to different people, they should be banned. Totally fraud.
If you have months and unlimited spare time to fight for claim then take travel insurance from them

mited time to get his claim approved but instead your company keep on dragging and talk complete nonsense when all the correct document has been provided. Based on the conversation and the way keep on putting on hold transferring to different people unnecessary implies your practices/processes are build to annoy/harresh the customer so he give up on his claim. Waiting times extrordinarily long
Have currently been waiting 45 minutes to get through to staff regarding my policy. Call has still not been answered, luckily I'm not overseas yet. Policy was easy to obtain but I'm not at all sure about helpfulness.

Successful claim
This policy was very good value for money. Just over $100 for a family of four for travel in South Korea for three weeks. Despite extensive travel, this was the first time I have ever actually needed to claim medical expenses. Fortunately, TICK were fairly easy to deal with. They kept in contact throughout, following up on the documents I required. It only took around a week for them to approve the claim and the money was I my account the day it was approved. One improvement that could be made would be to attach a copy of the coverage documents in an email rather than having the insureree login and download it. The documents also did not make it clear what my policy number was.

Good value travel insurance
First time user as yet to travel had trouble downloading pdf file, rang and spoke to rep Bridgette who was very helpful and we solved the problem. Will use again in the future

This is middle of the road insurance. Covers everything we would need.
Usually easy to set up. I have used Tick insurance several times now.
Had an occasion to speak to a representative and found them to be very helpful.

Do not waste your money
Sadly our flight was cancelled last Minute. The airline could not offer alternative flight as no longer fly to destination. With accommodation booked I had to re book expensive flights less than 24 hours before. I contact tick before doing so and they have responded saying they cannot help. They only help with cancelled flights if riot, strike of civil commotion.

Easy to purchase, reasonably priced
Second time using this product. It’s easy to set up & seems fairly comprehensive. Unlimited medical cover is a must which tick provides. I always read the PDF & reckon the mid range of the products is all I would ever require. The snow sports cover is better than some.

good all rounder
i have bought 4 insurance covers so far. two yet to be used in feb and mar 2020.
hence i have not had any claims to be lodged as nothing was stolen or was i sick on my other trips in 2022 . all good i hope as its just buying peace of mind .
not have to lodge claims means nothing went bad.
i didnt know how to buy the multi trip covers though and there is one bad point as not all emails are answered, they come back to me as returned mail which is bad since i am not able to communicate nor ask questions.

Good Cover at a Reasonable Price

Rate for aged.
It would be great if rates for aged were linked with a medical assessment. I am a healthy 85 year old with no health issues, but am required to pay a high "blanket rate" for aged travel insurance. )-:

Large companies walking over the little men
Policy was good, value my claim has just been terminated because Singapore Airlines would not further the information required. Shame on Singapore Air Lines, and shame on Tick Travel Insurance Why do we purchase travel insurance when the truth is they will not honour the policy. I have just taken out a further policy for my next holiday, but rest assured this will be the last one. I hope to put this information on Facebook, this will at least make me feel better.

Easy and comprehensive
Purchased insurance for a ten day cruise. The whole process was so easy and the cover comprehensive. This is the second time we have used Tick and although we haven't had to make a claim, and hopefully won't have to, we have been very happy with their insurance so far.

Seems like good cover
The policy was good value and to select the values. As i have not traveled as yet i do not know if i will use the insurance or not. I have used it before when i went to USA last year.

More than adequate for our needs.
Yes, the policies we have taken out both domestic & international have been a great comfort for us.
Unfortunately we have had to make a couple of claims, even though the process was a bit protracted (understandably) the out come was quite satisfactory.
Not sure how many times as besides ourselves we have done a few for a friend who does not have a pc.
At a rough guess, 5+ times total.

good . never claimed . used twice i get annoyed though when i have to declare that i have had some miner heart surgery and that was 18 years ago with no further complications and because of this it adds over $200 to the policy seems unfair

I found Tick Travel Insurance via a comparison website. It provides cover to the level I require at a good price. I was easily able to provide medical details to prove my health could b covered by the Standard Insurance package.

Hi there, I purchased your insurance for my trip to Asia. However on the day where I was supposed to fly out from Singapore, I fell ill and was deemed unfit to fly for 3 days by the doctor. I have sent numerous emails but have not received any response regarding my return flight.
Am I supposed to book my return flight and claim upon arrival in Australia ? Would appreciate your prompt response.
