Bunch of rude people and zero communication skills.
I'm a small home based business,
booked for a pick up from my place which is clearly marked RESIDENTIAL to go to HOLTZE NT, a driver rocks up and refuses to take the items as one of them was 65kgs despite me offering him help and despite the weight being entered in the initial quote, he rejected the pick up and I had to rebook for the following day, I had a call from the RADIO ROOM where a lady advised that even if I rebook the pick up will be rejected as she doesn't want to expose her drivers to any OH&S, a different person contacted me on t...
China to Australia express joke
The fact that my package took 3 days to get to Adelaide from china gave me hope, then it sat in Adelaide for a week and no one has a clue when it will be delivered. tnt are making aus post look like gold and we all know how bad aus post is so yea it will not let me give a zero star review. Please pick dhl or start track or use your pushbike, either way it will get there faster than tnt. tnt is officially the slowest shipping i have ever had

No Caller ID
Driver calls with No caller ID. Miss the call or don't take it at your peril. You have no means of contacting the driver. They are so user unfriendly. It's a joke and above all no one can help you except apologise for the inconvenience.
Its 2022 and the care has gone. It's such a shame because with a little effort and touch of efficiency, all this frustration could be rectified.
The competent win respect and the incompetent definitely lose it.

Service is terrible!
Ever since TNT were taken over, the service is terrible. Our account was charged incorrectly. Took a dozen emails because you can't talk to anyone anymore, told it takes 10 days to sort out. Didn't credit the account in full, still tried to charge me a service fee! No thanks. Am on the phone to close my account right now.

Bunch of Rogues!!
Not 1 bit impressed with this incompetent company, to say the least!!! The review ratings speak for themselves as shown in the pictures attached! They do not explain that basically further charges can be added on at their own leisure without consulting you for alternatives or an explanation & then expect you to just pay up what they further require an say 'nothing we can do'!! NOT IMPRESSED 1 BIT!!!

The Worst
Delivery guy did not even knock. tried to ring their indian call centre but nobody answered after thirty mins. never, never use them again.Have been told that my tracking number given to me by them does not exist so have no idea what to do now.Went on to their web site as instructed to find my closet pick up site and was told they don't allow pick ups from there this whole experience has been hell,no wonder their reviews show 95% negative rating

Terrible- didn’t ring doorbell
They didn’t ring the bell just dropped off the card and it is much worse than Australia post would not recommend them at all. Useless website too, don’t use them
Terrible Service
I am a business Client. TNT has increased their prices and lowered their service. Regular deliveries are now delayed more than a day sometimes 3 and 4 days. Despite that, we are still charged the same. Contacting their support via phone most of times long wait and most of those times no answer.
The ironic part is that when this business are small offer great service and once they grow to a large business you then become a number like all large business. Unfortunately no governing.

TNT -FED EX Poor Service
2 out 2 deliveries from FedEX-TNT FAILED!!! No knock on the door. I'm home waiting for a parcel, after a text message AGAIN. After another text I get a message that " Sorry we missed you,........." Yet AGAIN, I have to go and follow the card LEFT IN THE LETTERBOX TO THE CHOSEN LOCATION. Used to love Treasure Hunts as a child, but this is just a VERY POOR SERVICE PROVIDER, who is taking money, to drop cards in your letterbox's. Alerting the merchant, that this courier service is sub standard. 1 1/2 stars in the google reviews as an average say...
Read mores it ALL!! I would have given 1/2 stars but, that is isn't an option. Reading other reviews there is also a SECURITY ISSUE anyone can use your FED EX -TNT Account Number. THIS IS DEFINETELY AN 1/2 STAR ORGANISATION !!Still waiting after 2 weeks
My package was picked up from a retailer 2 weeks ago. According to the tracker, it’s “processing” since then at the Erskine Park depot. The retailer contacted them TNT last week. Still unresolved.
Do not use the company if you need your products delivered on time it is not going to happen

I'd give zero stars if I could
My parcel was attempted to be delivered on Wednesday last week (16/3), a card was left as my wife and I were both at work. I received an SMS which had a link that gave me options for it to be redelivered or collected, I tried to select a TNT collection point near my work (there were 3 I think near Oakleigh South) and their website was faulty and would not let me select one. It was also inconvenient for me to drive to Hallam to their main depot (because during business hours I work in Oakleigh), so I selected it to be redelivered and left at my ...
Read morehouse; the website told me to leave the card I received at the place I wanted the parcel left (which was at my front door - I left the card stuck in the security door so it wouldn't blow away). I received notification on Friday afternoon at 3.06pm to say the parcel would be delivered; my wife and I were both home from 5pm. We left our house somewhere between 5.50 and 6.00pm to drive to a dinner date with our family, and at 5.55pm I received an SMS that said TNT attempted to deliver the parcel again but it wasn't delivered because I was unavailable. In the end I decided the only way I'd get my parcel would be to collect it from their Hallam depot, as I didn't believe it would ever get delivered! I had to take the morning off work to do so (which is unacceptable and my manager isn't happy about it - I now owe my manager 2 hours). I also tried making a complaint on their website, but keep getting the error "please try again later" LOL so they don't even allow you to make complaints directly to them!!! I own a small business and will NEVER use TNT or FedEx (which they are apparently changing over to) for any deliveries with my business.- 2 reviews
Terrible service, do not use
I have paid $149 for a treadmill to be delivered from Rebel Sports and I cannot get any sort of commitment or straight answer from them as to when it will be delivered. I work full time and took the day off work to wait for it, I have been waiting on hold so far 40 minutes. Extremely bad service.
Only giving them 1 star because i cant give them 0
Damaged a package and refusing to refund me. Everyone i talked there is so rude and dismissive. Would not recommend them if they were the last delivery service in the world.
Questions & Answers
How to get a package re delivered in my absence
Why do you steal oxygen
If TNT issue a consignment number via the online booking system, they are contractually obligated to deliver to the address as listed on the booking system. Can you explain to me why I had to travel 86kms in total to collect my consignment from the depot, as it was regarded by TNT as an unserved area? Please also explain why this wasn't flagged by the system to my supplier as being unserved at the time of the booking. Don't try the IT difficulty excuse, as this works perfectly well if I try to book a pickup - I'm told no sorry, unserved area.
