Package picked up on the day I made the order, and delivered a day earlier than expected

Communication throughout was clear and concise.

Only thing that wasn't clear was time of package pick up. Other than that it was a smooth experience, certainly better than other couriers in the past.

On Sunday 6th November 2022 I ordered a Square Terminal Printer Paper (20 rolls) from Square and they shipped it out on Monday 7th November 2022. The parcel came the next day, which was very impressive.

I recently ordered a very expensive surfboard from NSW to TAS through TNT. After reading the reviews I was very anxious that my board was going to be damaged/delivered late/not delivered after all. However, my board arrived in perfect condition, and the man delivering it was lovely and patiently stayed with us while we checked for any damage!

I have read a lot negative reviews here. Need to say, I disagree. I live in Perth WA and have recieved my parcel from over east les then one week time. One day earlier according the tracker.

did the booking by 11 am on Wednesday for a parcel from Brisbane to Sydney
The parcel was picked at 4 pm, delivered in Sydney next day by 12:30 pm

No one except TNT was almost guaranteeing next-day interstate delivery, especially between metro cities. They insured my product too, the price was almost 30% less than all the other couriers for next day delivery.
I am completely blown away with the service, exceptional, although its my first time using TNT for delivering, but I will be using them for all my future needs.

Fantastic service from my driver Peter (driver 30608) . He went above and beyond to help me with my computer delivery. I so appreciated his extra care and effort to meet me on Saturday morning.

Just want to say a big thankyou to TNT Couriers especially everyone at the Welshpool depot in Perth its a busy time of year and they are under staffed at Welshpool and have lots of freight coming in. Dan at Welshpool spent an hour trying to find my parcel amongst hundreds of other items. My Item had been in Perth for 2 days and I wasn't happy that they couldn't find it at first, but once I went to Welshpool and saw how busy these guys are I could understand. To Dan and everyone at TNT have a merry xmas and new year.

We use TNT regularly for our business. we have booked a delivery 30 min ago. Driver Brad Ison came and collect it. very helpful employee of TNT. we expect all the drivers should be like this. he should get promoted.

Package was a 23kg carton containing fragile goods and sent from Brisbane to Melbourne. TNT advised that it would take 3 business days for delivery to Melbourne (but to be aware that it could take a little bit longer due to COVID).
The parcel was picked up on time and arrived at it’s destination 3 business days later. The goods were undamaged and in perfect condition.
The parcel was easy to track using the TNT online tracking service and progress was updated regularly.
Thank you TNT for a job well done.

Yes I had 2 chairs del at separate times
Firstly early in the morning, rang me to confirm that I would be home all day TNT turned up afternoon, my second chair arrived around 11am, today wow was I impressed

Bought 2 drums from Sydney to Melbourne yesterday 11:15 AM, arranged TNT road express pick up at 11:30 AM, Received all drums at 12:00 PM today, what a efficient carrier company! 40 kg drums cost total $60 great value much cheaper than Pack&Send or others quotes, will definitely support TNT again! I used BHF carrier before but they lost my drums after 2 weeks waiting, spend long time to find out a trusted carrier and finally choose TNT, best choice ever in 2021!

Packages arrived within 3 business days from Melbourne to regional QLD. Very happy with the prompt delivery.
A lot better than some of the other courier services out there. Won't mention the other 2 couriers names but have had major delays with the other 2 and they were deliveries from NSW to QLD.

I bought a very special Christmas present for my partner this year and didn't expect it to arrive before Christmas but it arrived just now the day before Christmas! Very shocked anyone managed to deliver it on time but absolutely ecstatic! Thank you so much to the driver who delivered this! He was super cheery and polite!!
