No stars - Hasn't even bothered to attempt delivering, so lazy.
1st text message 31st Aug 2022 advising my parcel would be delivered that day. Subsequent text at 1:41 pm advising that I wasn't home so could deliver it. Called their help line, was answered by someone in a foreign country they didn't help but to say request a second delivery. So I did, organised for 1st September 2022. Received first text in the morning that it was out for delivery. Received subsequent text at 3:40 pm that they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home. I call help line again, again a foreign country. They couldn't help me. I wrote to the company I purchased the goods from and asked for a refund, waiting for their response.

Incompetent is too nice a word for these people
Had been waiting a week for a important order, received text that the driver attempted delivery but no one was available, checked our cameras and no attempt was made by TNT to deliver, it seems TNT is at mercy of their drivers and their lies

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.
purchased a Lithium Battery form a well know supplier, unfortunately they use TNT/Fedex express, Battery was picked up on the 22/8/22 I allowed 24 hours for tracking update. 24/2/22 now at Brisbane. I checked on the 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and it still shows sitting at Brisbane . Recived a phone call saying it has left Brisbane on the 29/8/22 but because a battery is classed as dangerous goods it need to be a special truck that can carry dangerous goods, should be in Sydney in a day or two. Unable to tell me were or which truck its on. Checked on ...
Read more30, 31 still shows at Brisbane. Ask for update. Received update on the 1/9/22 . still cant tell me where it or when it will arrive. Said will update me at 0830 hours on the 2/9/22. Last time I buy anything that is shipped by this company. Wish Id seen all these reviews first. If only I could give a zero star. 8/9/22 Contacted by TNT/Fedex express still cant find battery or advise where it, suggest I contact supplier to get them to send me a another battery. Still stating that it cant be tracked barbecue it a dangerous good, said I will be update by 1530 hours the next day. What a joke. Sending company has been wonderful to deal with.- Incentivised Review No

Well deserved 1 star
Paid for tracking - no tracking provided.
Tried to deliver without any notice anywhere.
Left card with tracking number we had fully illegible but close enough right.
Had to get seller to get details of tracking, now we had some tracking.
They said on card to pickup at nearest tnt - no idea where that is.
Found out, but tracking updated, they decided to try redeliver, again no notice.
Someone was home luckily
BUT wait, this new driver can't find the address. Takes package on a joy ride and updates status later on.
Awaiting new delivery address.
So now in limbo after 5 days of this nonsense. ...
Read more I couldn't imagine a less efficient delivery process. It could be done better with pen and paper from a goldfish.

If only zero stars were an option.
Would give TNT zero starts it it was an option. I gave permission to leave authority and signed the last 'sorry we missed you card' for it to be left at the front door. The idiot driver left another 'sorry we missed you card' on top of the the one I singed for it to be left at the front door. Called customer service, at least that's what it's called, no service at all just sorries. Should be called customer sorry department. Pathetic company. Pathetic service.

Unwillingness to pickup parcels completely useless courier poor customer service
A third party company organised for a package to be picked from our business two days ago for an item which was booked under overnight express service and didn't get collected from us. Sent a email asking what was happening with pickup and didn't get a response. I called them and basically to ask if they could send the courier out to collect the package and gave them the consignment they said that we have to go back to third party for them to reorganise the pickup. I explained we have had multiple issues with TNT pickups in the past and they...
Read more really need to get on their local contractor to work out why they are not picking up parcels in a timely manner. When they refused I asked if they could tell me who in the area is responsible for the pickups and I will take it to them myself just to get the parcel away. They put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me. This parcel is now going via Australia Post as in my area they are the most reliable postage service. TL:DR Do not use TNT for anything urgent as they won't pickup your parcels and when you call for help they will try and pass off the responsibility on to someone else and when that doesn't work they will hang up on you.- Incentivised Review No

Call centre is under staffed. (45 min wait). Cannot book international delivery OR quote online without an account
Their customer service setup is appalling. A big courier company like them should have better call centre turnaround times.

Shocking customer service
I was home and saw the TNT truck drive past my driveway, do any-turn, drive away. I assumed they left the package in the mailbox but clearly they were too slack. I was home and I literally saw them drive past while I was waiting for them. Worst service ever never use these guys. Obviously too much work to walk the package up the driveway versus me having to go find the collection point.

NEVER USE TNT.
Received a message to say no one was home on attempted delivery, someone was home, they never came. Following day were told it would arrive by 5pm. 5pm came around, they then said between 5 & 6pm. 6pm came around & now apparently it's been sent to the wrong state.

Inconsiderate arrogance
Received a text saying will be delivered between 10:30 and 6PM. Made sure I stayed home, nothing! No follow up text to say delayed, no email, nothing. No update to the tracking either. They don’t care at all about the inconvenience or arrogance of their actions. A 7 and half hour window of time isn’t enough? No wonder they have a rating of 1.2. Do their “management” take any responsibility for the companies performance…

They won't leave your parcel
They never leave my parcel, they just take off with it in their truck even though I was home! I have had to wait several days extra for re-delivery, or drive all the way to the airport to collect it. Most pathetic "delivery" service ever.

Never knew a company could get this pathetic.
1: Got an SMS Friday saying delivery was coming, then another within 30 seconds saying delivery had been attempted but nobody was home (yes, we were home).
2: Company wouldn't let me pick product up Monday as it was 'in storage' in the same facility and couldn't be accesses until Tuesday...?
3: Arranged for redelivery Tuesday with the product to be left at the front door. Nothing delivered Tuesday, no note left. Nothing.
4: Rang Wednesday to enquire what had happened and was told that drivers cannot leave stuff at the front door...as it involve...

Never seen an actual delivery attempt. One star is very generous.
If you are in Ballarat and you are forced to receive anything via TNT/Fedex, just allow for some extra time and travel, because they probably will never attempt to deliver anything and will drop it somewhere in depot.
You will not know which depot, so you will have to arrange redelivery (their website is buggy in that particular section, so you may or may not have to also call them). Then after some time waiting you will need to go and collect item, which hopefully won't be lost.
I might be unlucky, but from my personal experience there nev...
Read moreer been an attempt to deliver anything, no responsibility for blown delivery times, or lost items, or anything, really. I'm not sure why Fedex bought them. Delivering package within small rural town seem to take about same time it takes same package to travel several countries on non-TNT leg of shipment. Avoid if possible, this is a rock-bottom of courier services.- Incentivised Review No

Another none delivery not brought to you by TNT
TNT did not even attempt delivery, just dropped it at a News agent 4 suburbs away. Called TNT. No record of attempt, no record of card, because their was none. I was home, plus note with mobile number on door, plus note to leave next door, in case I didn’t hear door bell. No option to redeliver. I cannot drive to distant drop off. Warning. Do not buy from Apple direct. They use this poor excuse of a delivery “service”.

A joke of a courier
I would give zero stars if I could.
Missed delivery
Card was meant to be left to be signed and have the driver re-deliver.
No card was left
Sent an email explaining I was at work while asking to except the email as permission to leave item.
Told to print out card and get someone to place the card out for delivery driver....

Avoid them like the plague
A company that has no communication between what the call centre people say and what the depo does. Told on 3 occasions that my order was definitely on the truck to be delivered that day and after waiting an entire day and calling again at 4pm I was told “oh no sorry it didn’t make the truck” by which time the depo was closed and I couldn’t pick it up. So who’s gonna pay for my days lost wages??? Beware if you buy anything that is being delivered by TNT.
Note to any company using them, I will never buy from a company using TNT again!!!!

Incompetent, Negligent, Bungling Ineptitude of the highest degree!
Failed to deliver my parcel. I got on their website and opted for a pickup at their Eagle Farm (Brisbane) depot. When I arrived at the “pickup” counter, they said they “didn’t know where the parcel was”. After another search, they said “it’s been sent to Redbank” (Ipswich). If and when they decide to send it back to Brisbane, they said they’ll give me a call. Shambolic company offering a 3rd world service! This outfit brings a whole new meaning to the term “Muppets”! TNT are merging with FedEx, and if we think that things couldn’t get any worse, check out the FedEx reviews! Use them at your own peril!

Haven't delivered parcel, said that they came
TNT was supposed to deliver a parcel yesterday, but didn't: they claimed that we weren't home and that they had left a card: there was no card and we were at home all day. Same thing today - there were two adults at home all day, no-one came near our house and no-one left a card, but TNT claim that they visited our house, we weren't here and they left a card.
It appears that TNT are subcontracting to Australia Post, who are in turn simply handing it over to their contractors, who they exercise no control over and who make phantom visits.
