Tradelink Northcote - good products, fair prices and prompt services. Best thing was excellent liaison and co-operation between our tradies and us and Tradelink staff on sorting our bathrooms. Thanks for that.

If you want to experience rude and unhelpful staff who simply can not be bothered to help you, then visit the 'lady' at Tradelink in Fyshwick. If you are a customer service training agency, seek her out and use her as your poster child of 'how not to do customer service'. I visited twice, just to give her the benefit...from bad to worse!

For anyone else looking at bathroom products, such as toilet suites, baths, tapware and the like, don't waste your time with Tradelink. Skip down the road a few hundred metres to a major competitor- enjoy a freshly ground barista style coffee and chat with the lovely, well trained staff with loads of great knowledge and products at competitive prices.

We have been both extremely pleased with and grateful for the service received from Tradelink in Hervey Bay. We particularly would like to commend Preeti Maxwell for her diligence in sourcing our required products and especially for her after sales follow up phone calls to ensure our satisfaction. as a plumber I’m always on the look out for great products at a reasonable price, since switching from Reece plumbing I’m saving 30% on my materials and the coffees better!

The products are mostly okay, if somewhat overpriced, but a company that disregards 70% of the people will lose customer support. Please stay on the right side of history, stay away from Adani.

I can't support a company that puts the needs of the country last. I am shocked and disappointed that you would get into bed with Adani, a company which absolutely does not have Australia's or Australian's best interests at heart. Please reconsider your working association with this company.

I've been a mostly satisfied Tradelink customer for more than 20 years but now that I know their parent company, Flethers, is helping to build Adani's Carmichael mine I will be getting my supplies elsewhere. Today, out of control bushfires surround my community. Blind Freddy can see the fires and the climate are more extreme and the evidence is clear that building new coal mines is just about the stupidest thing we could do. It's convenient for me to source materials from Tradelink but I also have a conscience to deal with. I'm no Terminator but when Tradelink cease supporting new coal mines I'll be back

Here on the eve of catastrophic fires across NSW, Tradelink, based in NZ, is helping Adani to build one of the world's biggest coal mines. Tradelink, until you change your minds you will be getting 1 star reviews - and if I could it would be 0 stars!

Tradelink is working with Adani to create a coal mine in the Galilee Basin which will add huge amounts of carbon to the atmosphere greatly contributing to global warming and the climate emergency the world is facing. I expect their products are fine, but I would not shop there until they stop working with Adani.

Fletchers in NZ own Tradelink and they are joining with Adani in Qld to create a coal mine that will add vast amounts of carbon into our atmosphere. Plus use our valuable underground water (for free). Many of Trandelink customers will have children who will be greatly affected by this carbon. Warmer temperatures, drought, floods and extreme bush fires. Please boycott this company.

Tradelink, hop outta bed with Adani. Think of the future profitability of your brand. And please don't underestimate the power of a few one star online reviews.
No new coal in Australia!! Stop Adani. :)

Not had good service with these people, a NZ company so you know where your hard earned pennies go! Plus they are supplying Adani mines, save your money and spend elsewhere

I purchased all of my tap fittings and accessories for 3 bathrooms,kitchen and laundry for my complete home renovation from trade link 21/2 years ago. After 12 mths the tap fittings developed bubbles on them (this is the surface separating from the layer underneath) I called trade link and after a conversation blaming me for using the wrong cleaning products on them they reluctantly replaced them. I had also noticed that after 12 mths all 3 toilet seats had begun to stain. I emailed tradelink with photos and information and asked that the seats...

Went to the Hoppers Crossing Store Saturday 9th of March. Given price by staff of $799.01 for a Caroma Urbane Cleanflush® Wall Faced Invisi Series II® Toilet Suite. Went to pay & Manager called from out the back as staff member couldn’t complete the transaction. Manager said it was the wrong price. It was your staff member that gave me that price!!! Walked out in disgust!!
Don’t waste your time

I have had a trade account for nearly 20 years with Tradelink.
Every time I buy gear from them I need to carefully check the docket as they invariably overcharge for items.
I then have to highlight these and send the invoice to them and then wait. Then I have call days later and follow it up.
They won't even bother to match competition prices.
They charge items to my account under other businesses names apparently by accident.
I can't actually believe how bad the business is and how they treat loyal customers like us.
Today I am closing my account.

I purchased a Decina corner bath from Tradelink last year during my bathroom renovation. The first one arrived with a scratch and the following 4 delivered all had dents in the bath mold at the top. Seeing as the bath was high gloss it was very noticable and unacceptable. The Decina reps were very rude about it and tried to blame me as the customer for being picky. I was at the Campbelltown store and was served by Alexander the GR8, named Mick. One customers in the store, being a layman took the sample of what I want. This guy was so rude, instead of suggesting, he vomited three, four brands. I said I don't know about the brand, all I have is a sample. His immediate response is, you should know before you come here, "I can't run around 10 -15 times for you. I was just watching his attitude, very bad customer service. Terrible customer service. I would suggest Trade link to employ people, who like to serve others, not terrible ones like this. No wonder, why no one comes to this shop, teach your people right attitude, if you are serious about running a business.

I purchased 5 Raymor Wall Hung Toilet Suites from Tradelink for a large home renovation. After these were installed and used for a few months, we noticed Rust coming through to Stainless Steel wall plates/toilet buttons. I contacted Tradelink, went to see them and emailed them photographs of what was happening. They tried to blame the cleaning products that were being used as the problem and offered me ONE replacement button. I just called the Norwood store earlier today and the lady that picked up the telephone was rude. It seemed that I had inconvenienced her with my question and then she gave me the pricing on a different unit. I didn’t even bother asking any further questions. I guess my business isn’t required, I’ll take it elsewhere.

Hot water heater started leaking, rang around Nowra, for prices found Tradelink had the lowest price and friendly staff, heater was delivered 30 minutes after purchase.

Victor Harbor store. Bought a water pump for our rain water tank, very good pricing, and other queries for local plumbers re a toilet installation. David was very helpful, with great advice and help. Highly recommend.

12 months ago I went into the Taren Point store and I could not believe how dirty and uncared for the newly renovated store was. To add to this the staff and customer service was absolutely terrible.

Only returning to the store recently, I was totally amazed at what a transformation the store has had.
I was greeted by Michael who greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and helped me with picking a new sink mixer for my kitchen.
