I bought my usually favorite twinnings morning tea. Looking forward to my cup as I hadn't had it for a few weeks,noticed that the tags were brown, not turquoise. Hmm, made me wonder- the colour of the tea was lighter andthe taste was sooo different. Weaker with no 'punch'. Will not buy again,shame because I cannot find another I enjoy as much.

I have been buying twinnings for years. Noticed English, Irish, Afternoon ! I’m not what they have done it now tastes of iron!

Label colour has changed from blue to brown - first alert then the tea was made - horrible. Will not be buying this again. Shocking marketing thinking customers will continue to buy - $10 for 100 teabags and not the same taste. Twinnings should be guaranteed to be excellent quality - terrible.

I used to love Twinings Chai tea. The last box of 50 bags I bought was so weak, even leaving it to brew for 5 minutes didn't give a strong Chai flavour. Today I bought a box of English Breakfast tea bags hoping they might have improved. I noticed they have reduced the box from 100 to only 80 tea bags! Shame on you Twinings. I'll be returning this box unopened for a refund.

Twinings strong and extra strong tea bags have clearly changed the supplier of the actual tea bags. The strings fall off, the tags are often off in the box before you even get them out and the tea bag themselves go flat when the string comes off. Disappointing as have been a purchaser for 30 years or more. Kathryn Carr.

The last 4 boxes mid/late 2022 have no flavour. Like the others mentioned, murky flavourless.
Some brands use foil for freshness, just a cardboard box has me wondering..
My mum has been drinking twinings English Breakfast for a many years and finally switching. I used to like it myself, had a nice edge flavour and refreshing. Cheaper brands taste better.

What did you do to English breakfast tea? The color is weak and it is tasteless. I have been drinking this tea for over 30 years, but the box I just bought is not what you have been putting out as your product. Change it back.

Bought a box of 100 Lady Grey tea bags at Woolworths, $11, last week. It has changed to something brown, murky and flavourless, tags have changed too, not impressed at all

Brown tag on a $7.50 box of Lady Grey Tea Bags on special, originally costing $11.00. Not sure if there’s a glitch in processing Twinning Tea Bag but what sort of tea is it as it’s definitely not Lady Grey? Other reviews appear to have the same report but across Earl Grey and English Breakfast. I’m hesitant to purchase this as I don’t want another box of brown tags!

It seems the brown tags could be anything...could I please have my money back
And no I wont be buying it any more

Same issue as above, brown tea bags in blue lady grey box bought at Woolworths August 2022. Flavour is ok but not lady grey tea. Is there some recourse here?

I bought my usual Lady Grey teabags from Woolworths in Claremont Tasmania. I purchased x 3 boxes because they were on special. On opening the first box, I noticed the weird brown labels that didn't have Lady Grey written o them. Thinking that the wrong bags had been placed in wrong box, I opened all 3 boxes and they all the same. I also noticed that the tea seems to be a stronger flavour and darker at brew time and without the same amount of citrus/bergamot bits in them. I have been drinking lady grey for over 20years, because it was a lovely mild and not bitter. I am really disappointed and unhappy with this change. MAKE IT GOOD AGAIN PLEASE!

We have been drinking Twinings Lady Grey tea for years and recently bought a new 100 pack when we were on holidays. Yuk! The first thing we noticed was the tags were brown. The tea was horrible and strong and the teabags came out orange. Luckily we had some previously purchased teabags at home to compare. If this was a mistake and the wrong teabags were in the box ok, but if these are the new Lady Grey we definitely wont be buying them. We will be changing brands.

We have been drinking English breakfast tea for a long time about two months ago the taste changed tried buying from different shops they all taste the same cheap,will be changing to a different brand.

I have loved English Breakfast extra strong tea. Often sat down and said a perfect cuppa. Suddenly labels change color and quality very dissapointing, why it was perfect as was

we buy the extra strength tea.two boxes had the wrong tea bags in them and one tasted and smelled like mint tea, Not happy Jan.(We still love this tea when we get the right product)

Love the extra strong tea but the bags often break - that’s a nuisance and a waste, as the tea isn’t cheap! Please address this problem - not the first to complain
