Just a note to say thank you to Peter Jackson and Henry (finance) for providing awesome prompt customer service. Although I have not met them personally and business was done over the phone and through text messages for the past 2 weeks, both gentlemen diligently responded to all my questions and concerns and have gone above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Peter organised and delivered the car as promised and looks fantastic - nothing was a problem! I will be referring friends to him, despite the fact he is 5 hours away and definitely plan to purchase my future vehicles from him.

I won’t be returning, they charge customers without telling them about these hidden chargers. Been waiting a week now to hear from management, seems very careless about my bad experience I had. Would not recommend, very sad been going to Tynan for years.

Ended up being 4 days for a regular service and change headlights (2200). They lied about cleaning the rain sense wipers, put wrong oil in engine. Needed major clean out.

New car warranty on a Subaru Forrester is non existent as far as I am concerned. They say you have to pay for a diagnostic service. Subaru Australia says that if it is proven to be a warranty covered issue Tynans should refund the cost. Tynans says that a claim for reimbursement would be sent to Subaru and they decide whether it is refunded. So the moral of the story is a warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

Professional, quick and fair I can’t fault from start to finish the process to buy my new car. Trevor and Peter both amazing and informative sales team can’t recommend them enough

My wife and I were Subaru fans but after the 12 and 36 Month major services our Subaru XV came back running rough both those times with oil overfilled 20mm over the Full Line.... The first time the car came back running rough it took them 3 months after multiple return visits to resolve under warranty, the 2nd time they'd kept it 4 days and lessened the roughness but not completely....After they wouldn't commit to continue investigation as warranty we had another mechanic check and found one of the Coil on plugs locking bolt was loose and the coil had been damaged during their service, replacement at my own cost rectified the rough running. Unable to trust Tynan servicing we traded the Subaru for another brand not under their umbrella.

Trevor at Tynan Used Motors provided us with EXCELLENT service. He went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble. He was prompt, efficient, courteous... couldn't have asked for a better gentleman and dealership. We love our new car too! :-)
