A little disappointed at the absence of any car mats. Also felt a little pressured into the up selling of products following the deal. Insurance incorrectly quoted resulted in me cancelling the policy.

I am disappointed in Honda at Robina. Capped price servicing and newly marketed 'tailored servicing feels like a scam. When I bought the car new, I was told that capped price servicing is Honda's way of ensuring customer loyalty. But I have to say, that getting my car serviced so religiously just feels like a scam. The price is increasing as they add in all this extra repairs and replacements and I am now done bringing it here. I will go back to autoleaders where I took my Mazda before I bought the Honda. Just disappointing and unnecessarily expensive.

I negotiated a loan car from new car sales for when my car was in for servicing. However, every time I have booked my car in over the past 2.5 years I’m treated as a bother to the service department who make you wait up to 4 weeks for a loan car, which inevitably ends up being some old heap of junk. To top it all they then have the audacity to tell you on collection of your own car how they were so good to not charge you for the loan car!
If they had any savvy they would loan you demo models so as to entice you to purchase a new car. Sorry, but last time I purchase off this group.
