Been waiting for the trampoline as it should of been sent here on the 17th.you guys lost my trampoline and reorder a new one and was told it be here on the 22nd and once again never came. Yes you guys have gave us extra items but now been told the trampoline will be here on the 28th. My kids are upset because I keep breaking the promises it be here. Should of bought a trampoline from big w or Kmart. I order stuff from Manchester United and my top came here faster then vully. Brisbane shorter then uk lol. Big thank you vully and upsetting my children on broken promises.

Have been looking at a vuly for a few months now and Jack has been very helpful with all my enquires regarding the ultra range. We have just purchased a trampoline and looking forward to it arriving very soon.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received:( still waiting on the basketball adaptor to arrive for the trampoline after ordering over 2 weeks ago. Still no response via 4 emails. Now they keep sending generated customer service emails asking for a review! So here it is!!! Customer service is absolutely crap! Trampoline is however great my son loves it and hopefully it lasts longer than what I’ve read in other reviews. I would not buy from them again for the simple fact that they never get back to you.

Easy purchase, sales staff were more than happy to change up our order for the products we wanted. Delivery was quick. Putting up the trampoline was easy and the instructions on YouTube helped a lot. It is very safe. Our son loved his Christmas gift! Highly recommend.

My kids love their Lift 2 trampoline (we can’t get them off it!) and I love how safe and secure it is, especially for our special needs child. 10/10 VULY!

The Vuly Thunder has been the best for our young children, they spend hours on it rain or shine! The new shade covers are a huge improvement, far superior to others I've seen. I quite like a bounce myself!

I love how easy this trampoline was to build and requires no tools to do so! My kids love are on it all day long. It's also super safe so I don't have to worry about my youngest.

We purchased the Thunder trampoline and are really happy with it. Quality product and excellent customer service. We ordered early December and delivery was really quick considering the busy period. Assembly was fairly straightforward, especially with the excellent instructions. Highly recommended!!
