We loved our first Vuly trampoline so much when we decided to upgrade we purchased the next tramp from them too! Their customer service has always been amazing and the trampoline has been a terrific asset to our back yard. I’m sure if you shop with Vuly you won’t be disappointed!!

The website was clear, easy to access and very responsive. The customer service term were friendly and helpful. The delivery even at a very busy time of year was speedy and complete within a week despite living 2 states away.

Great quality product. Few hiccups with the online ordering, but a call to the service centre, and it was fixed immediately.

Perhaps Vuly could review the assembly instructions as myself and 2 friends all made the same mistake assembling the trampoline and needed to do it twice. Also the ladder is a requirement and should be sold as an accessory.

Overall, we are very happy with the product.

We had a hiccup with our bank transfer for our Thunder Pro it was delayed by the bank when their amazing deal was ending with 1/2 price shipping to Tassie. I called them and explained and they were really good and said no problem, just give us a call when the transfer goes through and we will honour the sale price.
They were fantastic. They dispatched the next day and we had shipping details immediately and had a eta too. Very happy with all aspects of our purchase.

Customer service is absolutely appalling great way of fobbing off customers after disappointing Christmas. The mat is not the described, it’s a standard mat of unknown origins. 6 of the joiners on the frame was faulty not allowing the frames to come together as it should. Contact customer service and after a lengthy delay they fob you off to claims which diverts back to sales. Unbelievable. I would of been better and saved money going to a local store even Big W.... with Vuly you don’t get what you pay for....

Have called multiple times and left voicemails with no return calls.
Have sent email with no response.
Have sent off warranty claim with ‘48 hours response time’ it has been 6 days.
Have been getting in contact since December 25/2019
Cannot use trampoline due to issue I have been calling about. Very disappointing.

Purchased the Vuly Rover wagon for Christmas and it came with numerous faults resulting it in unusable for it's advertised and intended purpose.

Vuly the company have demonstrated absolutely terrible customer service, taking days and at times weeks to respond to ongoing requests, sent impersonal responses without considering the individual nature of the complaint and have refused to accept the item as a return.

I had such faith in this company and product due to their great online presence, the fact they're an Australian company and the quality their products appear to be. Thank goodness I didn't purchase something bigger. I am so disappointed.

This is a high quality product, easy to assemble and smartly designed. The door is a highlight, no more worries about kids not doing up zippers. The frame is excellent in quality, sturdy and solid. The shade cover provides excellent shelter for those sunny days. The mesh net is soft and not abrasive.

Overall very good product. Not without issues and a little pricey, but the kids love it! The instructions are ridiculous, so use utube for tips, and it was damaged straight out of the packaging, so take photos as you go. Worth investment though.

Really easy to put together. Excellent size kids love it! Great product would recommend this to anyone who was thinking of buying a trampoline! Hours of fun and the cover makes it enjoyable even on hot days.

Super easy to order, great advise from over the phone service, and absolutely love the lift2. My son has endless fun and great attachments and options to keep it interesting.

We bought Vuly Flare (M) for my 5 years daughter for Christmas. We assembled and it looks great, however there are no lock between net poles to the base so it looses after my daughter uses trampoline or every morning when we wakes up. I need to manual adjust all net poles to the right positions every times we use. I witnessed poles come out from the base twice already. It’s so dangerous. It seems that Flare is cheaper version (we still pay +$600) and I regretted not to buy better versions. In their manual shows that we need to insert net pole to T joiner until it’s securely locked in but I don’t know how we can lock if there anything to be locked with.

The trampoline was delivered very quickly and we were updated regularly via email as to when it would arrive. It was extremely easy to assemble and the instructions and YouTube clip were very easy to follow.

No bolts means easy fast assembly. Great trampoline. And can use without the net. Very happy with the Lift 2. Only downfall was ladder which was shipped seperate due to supply issues, took along time to arrive. Otherwise no dramas
