Best Trampoline I have ever bought. Been through many others but they dont last as well as Vuly. Vuly is built to last and even in storms it doesnt move from the paddock

Immensely impressed with the quality (and safety) of the trampolines I've bought!
Started with a small VULY 6 years ago, and upgraded to a larger model as my kids grew older. The weight rating on these trampolines allows me to jump with them, which is something we do nearly every day since it arrived. It's something we all enjoy together.

Great communication, great product
Great product, kids love it, great to get the energy out with no school.
Communication was great from Vuly, despite difficulties with supply for them it was fairly fast delivery. Highly recommend, already have other mothers looking into getting one.

Initially I had big issues with getting hold of someone for after sales service to obtain a missing part. Understandably, they had been overrun with COVID-19 related 'stay at home' orders so they were taken by surprise and highly undermanned on the phones. I initially was not getting replies to my emails and voice mails, however then sent in some feedback. This managed to get me contacted by Ben, who was amazing and bent over backwards to help me get things sorted. ld be made to the after sales service (instructional video amendments and getting rid of automatic voice mail when waiting on phone) and offered me calm and informative responses that sorted my issues out immediately. He even sent me emails notifying me that he was keeping an eye on the delivery for me and when it was delivered he contacted me to make sure it was delivered. That is what I call 5 star service and Ben helped me in every way he could. He is an asset to Vuly and if I ever had issues again I'd be asking to speak with Ben directly. As for the Monkey Quest, my boys are absolutely loving it! If you're looking for quality equipment, look no further. Worth the extra expense to get quality. Product is good, but service is beyond rubbish! Cannot get hold of an actual human despite multiple attempts.
Multiple calls, left on hold for over an hour then hung up on. Warranty communication was atrocious, and initial experience was very disappointing. We used NDIS funding to buy items as therapy tools, and quite accidentally realised Vuly was charging NDIS nearly double the cost of online ordering (including charging for delivery when online orders had free delivery) and insisting that we required professional installation at additional costs (this was on top of each individual item having at least a 50% and some more mark up). It's not ripping off the Government....it's ripping off a child who needs every cent of that funding for a disability!

Inspire the youthful you and have fun with the kids
We purchased the monkey bars during “lock down” with a view our kids would keep themselves busy and active while we worked. I think I have had more fun than the kids so far. We however know know this with be timeless.
The assembly was challenging, incorrect parts were sent that we not compatible, instructions confusing due to too many variations being included in one manual.
Customer service was impossible but as worker in transport I understood their volumes we being tested. Management assured me this was not a typical experience.
Yes I would recommend this product.

Great swing set!
We recently purchased a mini cubby swing set because my kids were driving me insane being locked in the house. It was easy to buy as the website is easy to use.
The delivery company didn't update the tracking so I rang them they were super nice and kind. I got the package the next day.

Terrible quality, awful service. Do not waste your money
Bought a Mini swing set with installation. Swing set delivered was poor quality & became a safety issue after installation, asking for replacement/repair for weeks but Vuly doesn't care once they got the sale. Do not buy from them at any cost.

Vuly Max Swing set
We ordered a Vuly Max swing set for our kids for Christmas. We wanted something that our bigger kids (10 and 12) would be able to use for years to come. It was quite a big deal to put it all together, and initially we had a fault in our spin swing (which was very promptly replaced with no drama) and now it is absolutely fantastic. Our kids spend hours out there - I cannot recommend the hammock swing highly enough - it is such a hit, and the spin swing is also a lot of fun. It is so great that there is a product out there for bigger kids to entice them out of the house!

Isolation saver!

Truly quality trampoline - our boys love it!!!
We purchased a Vuly medium sized trampoline from the Brisbane store. The staff were excellent and very accommodating in letting our boys try the different size and styles of trampoline. We were so impressed we purchased on the spot and drove home with the trampoline in the back of our SUV. The construction was quite straightforward - but make sure you follow the instructions step by step! There is a great YouTube video to help too. Our boys love the trampoline and spend hours on it. Very safe and well made!

This equipment is a game-changer!

Great customer service
There was a delay with this product due to the pandemic but the team was very communicative and upfront. They regularly emailed updates and even sent us a free set of roman rings for the trouble.

Great investment
We were glad we waited to get a Vuly trampoline as we wanted one that would last for years, not just 2. The shade cover is great for some shade and the tent makes it fun for the kids. Construction is pretty solid and my husband was able to put it together by himself so I was pretty happy with that!!!
We were missing a part but Vuly contacted us to let us know it was on the way

I placed an order with Vuly over two weeks ago and have been completely 'stone walled' with no response to phone calls or emails. I posted on their FB page and they sent me a message to say they would check with the warehouse but that was two days ago and no further reply. Why? This trampoline is meant for my daughter's birthday next week and I don't know what else to do. Please help!

this is strange, i was able to contact them over the phone 1300 667 514. Maybe they are facing high volume order request due to the recent events. I realised some of the products are sold out and probably yours is in the waiting list.

Hi Eugene, Thank you but I have now managed to cancel my order with Vuly and receive a refund. This was not offered until I started making noise on their FB page. Yes, items were out of stock but this was not disclosed. It is unreasonable to take orders and accept payments without disclosing it would be several weeks before the order could be fulfilled. I certainly won't buy from Vuly in the future nor will I be recommending them.

As per my review below you took my money, then accused me of fraud and refused to even talk to me until I started posting on your social media page. Now you've lied about my refund and, just like most other people, I can't get in touch with you because you're busy profiteering off the COVID-19 lock down. Can't even ping you on Facebook as you blocked me rather than respond to my complaint.
Is the only way to get my money back a court order?

Yep I am getting no reply from intentionally shipping incomplete order. Called and emailed too many times I cannot remember. They don’t reply to any emails or phone messages. Pathetic customer service, as I spent over $3000 on a monkey bar set which is missing a crucial box. They advised me that it was out of stock until August 2020, then when I wanted to cancel the order they shipped it incomplete. Lodged complaint with department of fair trading. Many complaints lodged already they informed me. Even DFT cannot get hold of them. I think they may have gone into receivership and closed up shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
