Getting a refund after the 4th one in 12 mnths has broken!!
First fridge was delivered with no gas. Second fridge the middle adjustable temp drawer was stuck on freezer. Third fridge the freezer had error code and kept dumping ice on the floor. Now the Fourth Fridge has a faulty compressor, door flap in between the two doors has broken wires and lets condensation into the fridge and the alarm dings to alert that the doors are open when they aren't and the middle drawer panel keeps jumping to freezer by itself instead of on deli where it is set. n we had food spoilage, now we are being told we can have a store credit, meanwhile all the cost of fridges have gone up and even the same model is dearer that what we paid, this one is only 7 mnths old ! like everything today what was once a great, reliable, long lasting brand is now throw away rubbish. Fed up. Going back to Samsung, last fridge was great and has great reviews.

Love our new fridge!
We love our new fridge. So much space, heaps of handy compartments. The middle section which can be changed to several different settings (from fridge through to freezer) is so handy. The quick chill feature is great if you've just bought warm drinks and don't want to wait hours. The only thing I find is the bottom drawer is quite heavy as are the doors, but I guess this is unavoidable on a large fridge with heaps of features. Would definitely recommend.
Purchased in August 2021 at The Good Guys for $2,650.00.

Perfect fridge for our new house
Purchased a White Westinghouse French door where the water is plumbed into the fride so we get cold water instantly, together with crush ice and cubed ice as well. We couldn't be happier with our new fridge and it just placed in a perfect space in our new house. There's adequate ice coming from the fridge and it's amazing to listen to the soft noise from the fridge while it's creating a new set of ice (after we unloaded the ice from the fridge). Hopefully, this new fridge will last a lifetime as so far we are enjoying using it

Best Fridge I've Owned
The configuration of the Westinghouse is wonderful for my family (4 people and 1 dog who has dog bones / large 3kg dog roll each week going in the fridge). You can fit anything in, due to the width and I find I don't have any problems getting things out, I usually only have to open one door. The drawer in the middle can be converted to a freezer or kept as a fridge depending on your needs. I love the drawer arrangement for the freezer too. and treats in there, plus a deeper bottom drawer - I put my meats and frozen leftovers in there. The bottom most drawer has a handy divider. Keeps food cold, the water and ice functionality is awesome. The lighting in the fridge is fantastic, lots of little compartments to put things on both doors and in the shelves. I believe the fridge is much quieter than my old one. The shelving is super adjustable - you can flip shelves up or back and can fit very tall bottles in. It has a door and drawer alarm which goes off after a while if you leave the doors open by accident. I have now had the fridge almost 6 months and am so pleased with my purchase. The only small hiccup we had was the Westinghouse logo on the top right was coming unstuck on delivery - with some gentle pressure it stuck back on and has stayed on. I considered a 4 door fridge however, I found that style no better for storage than my old side by side model. If you convert the 4th door to a fridge in those models you have next to no freezer space - especially if you don't have another freezer in the house. I love the Westinghouse as it means we don't need another fridge or freezer we have ample room for our family and can easily access what we need.Purchased in December 2021 at Harvey Norman Appliances Physical Store.

Best fridge I have ever had
This fridge is the ducks nuts. It is an awesome design and cools things really fast. I have worked on a lot of fridges being a refrigeration mechanic and this fridge is such an improvement on an i have ever seen. I dont normally like fridges with ice and water but i think might have changed my mind

Great Fridge
This is a great fridge . It is so convenient to get cool fresh water. Ice cubes and Crushed ice are so easy to get without having too muck around with ice cube trays. You will hear occasional ice dropping within the Ice maker compartment. No Big deal.The flexible draw which converts either to Freezer or fridge is the best. draw get the WHE6874SA 681L. Its only slightly smaller ( 26 Litres Less, but I think the draw makes this up)More economical to run too. Its a big fridge, so make sure you have the space . Great product. Note invoice shows larger model, with no flexible draw. When Bing Lee replaced with WHE6874SA 681L model it added $300.00 to the cost ( Discount price)Similar opinion? Worlds noisiest fridge
This fridge may look nice & have some handy storage options, but if I could turn back time, I would buy a different brand, it is the noisiest fridge I have ever come across, at times it makes a high pitched sound that sounds like a blunt drill going through steel which is so loud that it drowns out the TV!!
The fridge is only one month old, I had a Westinghouse Technician come out to have a look (I had to phone, they don't answer e-mails) he told me there was nothing wrong with the fridge & the sound was normal. I disagree, no fridge should make that noise, I guess I won't ever be buying Westinghouse again if that is their version of normal...

Hi Nuala,
No unfortunately we haven't had the issue resolved, two technicians have been out but they both said that there is nothing wrong, apparently its the new type of inverter compressor working that causes the high pitched noise that we shouldn't be worried about, bad luck for us, we should have done more research, we bought a "noisy fridge" I will avoid Westinghouse in the future, their products and customer service are second rate...
Have been doing quite a lot of research in new fridges and this issue has come up with lots of brands, not just Westinghouse. Although the new inverter compressors make the fridges more energy efficient, the side effect is the noise! It’s really difficult to navigate!
Ian is the ice setting on Crushed ice? I wonder if the sound is continuous grinding of ice?
