Westinghouse Dishwasher SB926SL - stopped working and panel display is stuck to 90 and is not changing. We have tried turning on and off and ending cycle etc but it seems the program button isn't working....On turning off and ON from the power switch, it goes back to 90 minutes. Is it a good idea to call a technician or change the dishwasher?

I can’t change cycle on my dishwasher - but instead of running 2.02 eco cycle, it is going for 0.01!
Tried unplugging & it comes up SP, lights flash & then runs through 1.SP-9.SP (I’d say about 5-10 minutes).
I have have this machine for about 3 yrs & no problems (except for a fault when first installed)
Can anyone help me diagnose this please - nothing in the manual

Hello Bruce and Sandra,
H01-H24 refers to time Delay. So H02 means you have selected two hours delay.
Cancel the delay setting if you don't need it.

My dishwasher powers off completely two minutes before the end of every wash cycle except for rinse. Have to open the door for a few mins and close and press the on button several times before it finishes the last two minutes of the wash cycle and drains, have noticed it is very hot and steamy. Thoughts? Before I call a service man or do I buy a new dishwasher it is four years old

Hi,
My Westinghouse shows a F9 error code woth flashing lights. (Flow control error)
Where is the "Flow Control" located on the machine?
(I have made an educated guess but would like the facts please. )
Part ID in user Manual is very vague in this respect.
Had unit for 13 months - everything worked well until today. Fails on any cycle.
No blockages, no kinks, not good.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated - b4 calling a service technician.

Sorry, too technical for me. I have never had an error occur. Try calling Westinghouse, they can sometimes help with advise over the phone. Check warranty which is regarded as "reasonable use" so 12 months doesn't always cut it as reasonable. I push this with companies now as legislation backs it up. Good luck.
