I am on the EC of a strata body with 50 units. We have had some major repairs that have needed to be done over the last few years. Whelan Property Group have been very proactive in tendering, following up and keeping the EC informed at all stages. Any email is answered usually within a couple of hours. Although I don't live in the building, my tenants also seem to be more than happy with the way the building is maintained.

From ignoring emailed requests to not even being able to complete any requests I don't even know what they are getting paid to do. They are so incompetent and useless. They only ever respond to every 100th email & to get anything fixed or serviced takes about 2-3 weeks. I didn't know it was so hard to pick up a phone and book in a cleaner or lift repairer but it takes weeks apparently & your lucky they even do that.

The agency is completely incompetent solving our issues. My smoke detector is reported broken. My intercom is broken for a year! I have water damage over 3 years now! Nothing gets done, nothing gets followed up, nothing's resolved! Cannot recommend.

Whelan's has handled our difficult 2 lot scheme with knowledge, competence and fairness so that necessary work now actually happens..

Whelan Property is the best strata management firm I have dealt with. All matters are attended to and addressed professionally and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who want their stata managed in Sydney.

After 6 emails and numerous phone calls, All I got were short emails saying they have received emails etc. Urgent calls to attend to intercom breaking down and swipe cards not given to occupants are not addressed. [Names Removed] are the worst strata managers. Ever.
