Excellent store attention and service, delivery & after sales follow up
Originally from Sydney, in the past I have purchased many items from Winning Appliances, Redfern. Now, living in Melbourne I still went to Winning Redfern for my replacement appliances, as the company has an excellent product range, will match competitors’ price and delivers free of charge to many locations around Australia. Generally, other suppliers will charge delivery fees.

Lucy gave me a quote for the items I needed and I did some pricing research online finding some items lower priced, so true to word, Lucy matched these. Lucy would always return my calls promptly, even after I’d made the final payment, as I had to re schedule my delivery date a couple of times. Delivery was arranged for the day I needed in line with the plumber, and goods arrived on time, with the driver contacting me prior to keep me updated on his arrival time. The appliances, to date, have been working efficiently, and I’m very pleased with them. Lucy followed up with an after sales phone call, to ensure I was happy with everything, which was most appreciated. I recommend Winning Appliance, Redfern for excellent service and a vast range of products and brands.

Pity about the customer service
The showroom is great, but winnings ability to deliver your goods in a timely and responsible manner is appaling. Customer experience is not just about the showroom, it's also about having your good delivered safely and in a timely fashion. Poor comminication, and rough "no care" delivery of goods takes all the gloss of the purchase. Bad job winnings, not good enough

Samsung washer
We were wanting a new washer as ours 30years old and 3 service calls later had to be replaced.looked around for what we wanted and found that winning appliances had some imperfect slightly damaged products,ordered a washer at a good saving and was delivered a few days later with great service.Will be using this company in future!
